I went to H&M and got 10x as many clothes for a fraction of the price with the same quality (shoutout to H&M). Besides the expensive prices, the store was okay. BUT ... once I realized Old Navy was ripping me off, I made a SAME DAY return. The original purchase (made on 8/6) came out the same day (8/6) and I expected a few days for the refund. HOWEVER, two days later (8/8) I received another charge on my account of the same amount and a refund shortly after. So, basically, my card was DOUBLE CHARGED and I only received ONE REFUND. I came back to the store to get it all figured out but of course, they couldn't find the transaction. With both withdrawals posted to my account, I asked my bank if it was on them and if so to just dispute it, and the bank assured me that the double charge came from TWO DIFFERENT REGISTERS at Old Navy! I am highly disappointed to say the least. With over an hour of my time wasted at the store and no help from customer service, finally asked my bank to dispute the charge. I will NEVER be returning to Old Navy.

My daughter has had a Converse shoe fetish for a while. Journeys offer tons of Converse in every imaginable color, design and size. On two different occasions we made purchases of both low cut and high tops. We also had an exchange. Service was really fantastic from the same young man each time, I think he was the Asst Manager.
