I was told I could not return them there because they never received those dresses in stock. So I was told I would have to return them by mailing them back. That meant using their return label and having over $9 of my refund going for S&H. So I drove over to UPS to do the return and by Gods grace I decided to call the Norfolk store to see if they had the dress in stock. They did so I decided I would return to Norfolk store. When I went there they told me the Portsmouth store lied about not being able to take my return especially since it was not a web exclusive or final sale. They were just too lazy to do the return or the person who waited on me in Portsmouth was incompetent. I hate it went I have to go elsewhere to get decent service when I'm already at a place where the service should be up to par.

I came in today, a few customers were shopping and then by the time I finished browsing it was about 3 or 4 people in line ahead of me. However, the line was moving quite swiftly. Now granted, I didn't want to pay the price that I paid for them out of THIS store, but luckily for me they had 25% off all boots and booties.
