Per my daughter there has been some recent renovations and it did look great! For reference there is another H&M on the Southside at the Norfolk Premium Outlet's. My daughter prefers Lynnhaven. The store offers a huge selection of women, men and even children's clothing. The racks were full even after Christmas. The stock overall organized, however I saw quite a few dust bunnies on the floor against the walls. My daughter's return was pretty good, but a mistake was made putting the return on the card and instead cash was given. No big deal. The purchase of new items was smooth and the staff friendly. She found the value of her jeans purchase to be better than competitors. So for cost conscious shoppers it's a great place to shop. I've been to this store a few times and it's consistently above average and appears to be a young adult favorite.

Customers will find plenty of nearby parking and the lot was clean. Signage fort the store is good. Upon entering immediately greeted by staff and offered assistance. The floor space is smaller by design, it's a boutique not a warehouse. They focus on a particular fashion and sizes and it works for their younger demographic. My daughter was specifically shopping for a top to wear at a concert. She quickly found what she liked. Dressing rooms are in the rear. Considering she had been looking at the mall for over an hour and found nothing makes me think this store absolutely has something an average chain does not. Checkout was friendly and items placed in a nice bag with tissue. The pricing is higher than other stores. The return policy was explained. It's 7 days for a full refund credit back credit or cash. Over 7 is in store credit. So happy this store worked for my daughter and cannot find any reason why to not provide a full 5 stars.

At that time I was informed that you are not allowed to try on white anything. You have to gather other colors to try on... why would I want to try on another color when I'm shopping for white? Therefore, if you come in and you're looking for fashion for your 18 year old and up young lady, they should be able to help you out. Some items are a bit pricey, like department store prices, but I tell you buying the more expensive items here (like $30+) you are less likely to see your outfit on someone else when you head out. Yes, a shopping center! There are several stores located on this strip. Stores from: Walmart, TJMaxx, Old Navy, Rainbow etc. Men, women and children fashion and eateries are located within walking distance as well. But this is the kicker here...They have a sign that lets customers know, you cannot try on anything white. OMG...when I saw this I immediately was turned off, but I totally get it. Some ladies can be messy and try to squeeze into this and that and therefore, due to limited sizes and the demand for all white attire, this sign is understood. But...just be careful that you select the correct size, purchase it and try it on when you get home (take off makeup and anything that can stain the garment). If the item doesn't fit - return it if it's not a final sale. Seemingly, you should check the return policy before you purchase. I'm totally a fan of this location. And items found here, can be found online at most of your popular online boutique sites. So before you think about purchasing online and paying extra (shipping and taxes), come in and look here first. No trouble finding parking - at night the parking is pretty well lit, not 100% sure, but always be careful. Have fun!
