Customers will find plenty of nearby parking and the lot was clean. Signage fort the store is good. Upon entering immediately greeted by staff and offered assistance. The floor space is smaller by design, it's a boutique not a warehouse. They focus on a particular fashion and sizes and it works for their younger demographic. My daughter was specifically shopping for a top to wear at a concert. She quickly found what she liked. Dressing rooms are in the rear. Considering she had been looking at the mall for over an hour and found nothing makes me think this store absolutely has something an average chain does not. Checkout was friendly and items placed in a nice bag with tissue. The pricing is higher than other stores. The return policy was explained. It's 7 days for a full refund credit back credit or cash. Over 7 is in store credit. So happy this store worked for my daughter and cannot find any reason why to not provide a full 5 stars.

On two visits I found the lot and walk free of debris. The store is spacious and includes both casual, dressy casual and more formal jacket, ties and belts. Even shoes from flip flops to all leather formal. Today I was surprised to even see swim suits. Waist sizes run from 36-66. On my visit today it was a challenge to find the lower end waist size. Almost impossible as a matter of fact. Anything can be ordered. The price point and selection today holds back the 5 stars. They are a full retail, no sales store. They do have a reward system that you can get discounts after a certain amount of points. Ask the clerk. When browsing on a weekday around 11 AM they were not busy. A clerk immediately assisted me and was both friendly and helpful. The same clerk checked me out and the process was smooth. When it comes to quality they have you covered with name brands that I rely on such as Polo RL and Nautica. The store is sectioned off nicely and displays attractive. Changing rooms are in the rear and locked. Staff must assist. I would return to this store and recommend. However, if your cost conscious you can find better deals on the same products in my opinion. I have a few pair of kick around pair that I got online, but I wanted to be fitted for a quality pair. My sales reps (yes, plural, two women helped me) were knowledgeable, they helped me understand the difference between the proper snug fit and just plain too tight. Did you know a good fit boot should "flip flop" on the heel a bit? Did you know that snug fit on the top of your foot is expected because a well made boot will stretch? Me either! I went through a process to find what I liked. I tried high end boots and even a few on sale. I landed on an Arait and she felt so good on my foot. I didn't purchase that day because I wanted to try all my options. I made the mistake of going to another boot store on Lynnhaven Parkway--I won't say their name here. The service was like leaving Gucci and going to Walmart! I got a "Let me know if you need some help" yell from the front of the store". No one insisted on taking my boots off--like they did at Acredale: no one explained the leather construction and enforced stitching on the boots; no one explained how to wiggle my toes to squeeze into the boot--in fact, all I got from the employee was how she liked square toed boots and not the snip toes I was considering, and how every boot I looked at she already bought that boot. I left quickly and I already know I am gong to return to Acredale! In a day and time that customer service has gone to the way side, the customer service you receive here is nothing short of amazing. You need not worry, I will be back.

Checkout was smooth and Brooks Brothers has the best gift boxes, they are beautiful. A hard copy receipt was placed in the bag.
