The store is bright, seemed organized well with inventory and even a super discount rack in the rear. However, when browsing for over 10 minutes and seeing four staff (3 working on a display, 1 at the register) and none approach for help I was not too pleased. At one point a staffer turned and smiled...that is just weird! Come over and ask if we need help. My daughter was looking for specifics of style in a long sleeve. The extensive stock of varieties of fragrances was quite remarkable. I was taken back by the prices, but they offer quality products like Chanel and Dior. I also got a watch adjusted from their watch department and was very satisfied. Unfortunately they were short of staff, so the wait exceeded 30 minutes. The adjustment was complimentary. Finally, my daughter tried on shoes and received excellent service. However, she did not find what she was looking for. I will continue to shop Macy's.
