After she located the specific order details that had been selected by the groom, she explained the rental options, took measurements, and placed the orders. We even received our order confirmations by email before we left the store. It couldn't have been any easier! I was very happy with the atmosphere of a club room-designed shop. Micheal's service and attention to detail were of the highest caliber. The whole point of ordering custom clothes is to feel that this is an important process of "old-school" heritage, with the twist of new technology, in both the ordering process and the fabrics to choose from. I was very happy with my order and also liked the fact that we created a design with the suggestions that helped mold details into my jacket into the final design. Well, they damaged the velvet panels on the robe. Rather than be honest about what happened, they just put it in the bag and said nothing. Thank goodness I took it out and inspected it when I got home rather than waiting until the next event when I had to wear it. After getting a complete runaround for WEEKS about payment for damages--multiple trips to the business (both locations), phone calls, texts, etc., and the owner (Luis) NEVER EVER responding, they paid me pennies on the dollar for the robe and then refused to return it to me so that I could try to repair the panels rather than replace the entire robe. Even refused to return the price I paid for the original cleaning, so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get that money refunded. HORRIBLE experience all around! If I could give zero stars, I would.
