Coming here to clarify an experience that I had 10/7/26. BE KIND TO STAFF, yall, it ain't that…read moreserious. I came to get some Needohs around 9am. Didn't have what I wanted but picked up a consolation prize and left. Came back an hour and a half later based on a tip. About 12 ppl in line waiting for the holiday ones. About five mins later, a gentleman in a blue shirt came out and said that there were no available holiday Needohs. He made the statement brusquely and left. About half the line shrugged and began to leave, myself included, when a woman in a green shirt and ball cap threw an absolute fit. She claimed she'd been in line for "an hour" and had her "elderly father in the car" and she tore into an employee who I found out later was on her first day. This atrocious customer raised such a fit that security had to be called over an $8 toy! I hung around to support the staff, who were pretty much helpless and unable to say things they would probably say off the clock. The poor employees were literally forced to bring out these pieces of plastic to appease this beastly woman. The store staff should be commended for the grace they showed today, particularly Molly, the new employee, her trainer (a tall lady I did not catch the name of), the manager (blue checked shirt) and literally everyone else on the register at that point. To the staff: I'm so sorry someone chose a few pieces of plastic over your dignity. You deserve so much better. To that audacious waste of air: you ought to be ashamed of yourself. I'm sorry that you feel you need to buy your kids' affection because you didn't get enough of your own. Seek help, I have some awesome therapist info for you. There was another customer with the horrible woman who told me "I feel bad for your kids". To her I say: "At least mine know how to treat people decently and can handle disappointment". Therapy for you too and shame on you.

They only have one entrance open at the moment so you'll have to enter through the main side. The shoe section had lots of different shoes to choose from. I tried on so many pairs of shoes my head was spinning. They had Sketcher's, Nike, Under Armour, Puma, Reebok, Van's, and other brands. I don't go shoe shopping often, so prices have definitely increased since the last time. After picking a pair I noticed they had shoes on clearance on the other side. Lol. Omg!! I was not going through that whole process again!! They had jewelry, kitchenwares, clothing, candy, bras, and etc. There were several different sales going on in different departments. There was also a Sephora on the inside, which had a good variety of cosmetics. If you have the Kohl's card you can earn Kohl's cash and get discounts.. Check them out!!

When you walk in don't expect to be greeted. This isn't that type of store. They're normally busy and there's always a line. I've never been and there not be a line. They have shoes, purse's, backpacks, baby stuff, housewares, clothing, coffee, teas, and more. Oh how i do love Ross!! Lol. Can you tell? They had some beautiful artwork in there. I could easily decorate the house with everything in there. The clothing section used to be my favorite, but i did notice the plus size section is looking a little skimp. Maybe its a shipment issue, idk but it didn't seem like alot of choices. I was just in Burlington earlier and it appears they have a good amount of the same things Ross had... They're right next door to each other. Whenever i wanna try different types of water i always check Ross. They always have them in the front. Alkaline water, Voss, and other types. They also have Starbucks coffee sometimes, for a good price. The mens clothing section had a lot of nice clothing. It was pretty well stocked over there. They have fitting rooms and restrooms in the back. This store has something for everyone. It wasn't the most organized in there, but i kinda expect that from stores like this. Its high traffic and stuff isn't organized on alot of shelves. But that is part of the fun of looking and finding i guess. The cashier who checked me out was nice. She answered my questions and helped me find the prices on a few things. The line moved pretty quickly today so i was happy with that. I'll certainly return!!!

Looks like your typical Ross store. I did find some nice Yankee Candles, Quadratini wafer cookies, a strawberry summer dress, and a lace duster on clearance. Geez. The cashier that handled us was polite, fast, and we were on our way out.

Per my daughter there has been some recent renovations and it did look great! For reference there is another H&M on the Southside at the Norfolk Premium Outlet's. My daughter prefers Lynnhaven. The store offers a huge selection of women, men and even children's clothing. The racks were full even after Christmas. The stock overall organized, however I saw quite a few dust bunnies on the floor against the walls. My daughter's return was pretty good, but a mistake was made putting the return on the card and instead cash was given. No big deal. The purchase of new items was smooth and the staff friendly. She found the value of her jeans purchase to be better than competitors. So for cost conscious shoppers it's a great place to shop. I've been to this store a few times and it's consistently above average and appears to be a young adult favorite.

Usually, I only get accessories here like hose or a fun holiday outfit. Lately, I'm browsing their baby clothing and the prices are excellent considering how short they'll be wearing it. Very cute styles and amazing prices with some cute stuffed animals as well. The little llama is my daughter's favorite.

I came in today, a few customers were shopping and then by the time I finished browsing it was about 3 or 4 people in line ahead of me. However, the line was moving quite swiftly. I went in there like I said with the mission to find a pair of boots and I found a pair of boots that work perfectly with my Halloween costume. Now granted, I didn't want to pay the price that I paid for them out of THIS store, but luckily for me they had 25% off all boots and booties. As a result, I received a good $10 almost $11 off the regular store price. Heck yeah I'm winning!! This was a grrrreat thing and besides they go perfect with my costume so that was my main concern. Even though I paid an OK amount for them, I can definitely see myself wearing these again. I would post a picture, but I much rather not :) exclusive !! If you're coming in here more than likely you'll find some deals, steals and thrills!! You may find club outfits, date night outfits, work outfits perhaps, jewelry, shoes and other accessories. I also spotted some cute workout clothes too! ! This store is aimed at juniors, misses and plus size women. I don't believe they sell any Men clothing. However, the Rainbow Kids Store does sell little boy clothes and young boy clothes. Neverthtless, I recommend you come here definitely worth a visit.
