We walked into the store and it was empty but there were 3 employees behind the counter. I looked over to them and said hello. They just looked at me...hmmm maybe they didn't hear me. No worries. We continued to shop and had a few funny sweaters in hand to purchase. The closer we worked to the back of the store gazing through selection where the employees were, I definitely made contact and spoke and they just looked down at their phones. Now I know they saw me, heard me and did not speak!! 2 other guys walked in and they happily greeted them from the back to the front of the store!!
