On the first trip, I was looking solely for platform shoes (Docs, Vans, Chucks, etc.), and I did find a couple of pairs that I bought (and one we ordered to deliver to my house). On the second occasion, I was looking for a pair of New Balance specifically (the gym girlies know), which I found and bought on the spot. I was helped by the same young lady both times (I wish I would have gotten her name), she is so sweet and put up with lots of foolishness from me on the first trip because the amount of times I sent that young lady back and forth looking for things was ridiculous. She was awesome though and so nice about it. Very helpful and just a nice human being! The pricing here is the same as it is at most other Journeys locations that I have been to (albeit I haven't been to one in a year or so), so don't hold me to the fire on that one. Either way, they do military discount and they do often have sales or items on sale (currently all Journeys socks are BOGO!) I would recommend, however, if you're looking for a "better" selection, you may want to find a larger location, because this one is average size I would say.

They have an amazing selection's of UGG's, but much more. They offer but not limited to my recall, Birkenstock, Adidas, Converse, Clark and so many UGG's. The store was clean and organized with attractive displays. Staff was immediately engaged me. Staff smiled and truly wanted to be helpful. I found a few that could work, but decided to wait. They offer socks too! They had sales going on, but not so much UGG's. I would return.

Upon entering, we were not greeted or acknowledged, and no one offered assistance during our time in the store. What stood out most was that other customers who entered after us were warmly greeted and attended to right away. I understand retail can get busy. It was not today. Consistency in customer service matters. This experience left us feeling overlooked and uncomfortable.

They offer something for everyone from Women, Men & Kids. Also different styles from casual to dressy. They also offer accessories too! The store was clean and organized. My wife found several items and her checkout was smooth and friendly by the staff. My wife thought she got great deals. Additional savings can be applied with the H&M card. They also offer gift cards. Although I did not find anything this time for myself I will be back shopping Christmas sales.

So if you're good with slight lesser quality you can save at Brook Brothers Factory Store. The store is loaded having just opened mid October. I was like a kid in a candy store and needed a lot with weight reduction. A traditional blue blazer was top on my list. The amazing and energetic female manager Krystle Butler helped me. She knew her store and products. I got measured for new shirts and jacket. I knew my exact waist size. Another employee and young man brought things out for the manager to review in front of the mirror. I'm down two jacket sizes to a 42. Shirt size back to a 15.5 neck. BB shirts are the best! With the jacket on sale for $299 I made my move, plus work shirts and new suits on a follow up visit a few days later. Rejoice! Rejoice! So happy Brook Brothers is at the Norfolk Premium Outlets. We walked into the store and it was empty but there were 3 employees behind the counter. I looked over to them and said hello. They just looked at me...hmmm maybe they didn't hear me. No worries. We continued to shop and had a few funny sweaters in hand to purchase. The closer we worked to the back of the store gazing through selection where the employees were, I definitely made contact and spoke and they just looked down at their phones. Now I know they saw me, heard me and did not speak!! 2 other guys walked in and they happily greeted them from the back to the front of the store!! At this point we knew they did not want "our" business, so we left! Call it what you want, but they don't want "us" in their store and purchase their products. My dad was a top military personnel, my husband and I work for the military, heck my boss is an Admiral! I know what it means to support military and its initiatives and this is not a way to represent the military or veterans!
