They have an amazing selection's of UGG's, but much more. They offer but not limited to my recall, Birkenstock, Adidas, Converse, Clark and so many UGG's. The store was clean and organized with attractive displays. Staff was immediately engaged me. Staff smiled and truly wanted to be helpful. I found a few that could work, but decided to wait. They offer socks too! They had sales going on, but not so much UGG's. I would return.

This is an outlet Journeys inside the Norfolk Premium Outlets…read more I have come to this Journeys location twice in the last week looking for two totally different styles of shoes. On the first trip, I was looking solely for platform shoes (Docs, Vans, Chucks, etc.), and I did find a couple of pairs that I bought (and one we ordered to deliver to my house). On the second occasion, I was looking for a pair of New Balance specifically (the gym girlies know), which I found and bought on the spot. I was helped by the same young lady both times (I wish I would have gotten her name), she is so sweet and put up with lots of foolishness from me on the first trip because the amount of times I sent that young lady back and forth looking for things was ridiculous. She was awesome though and so nice about it. Very helpful and just a nice human being! The pricing here is the same as it is at most other Journeys locations that I have been to (albeit I haven't been to one in a year or so), so don't hold me to the fire on that one. Either way, they do military discount and they do often have sales or items on sale (currently all Journeys socks are BOGO!) I would recommend, however, if you're looking for a "better" selection, you may want to find a larger location, because this one is average size I would say.

They offer something for everyone from Women, Men & Kids. Also different styles from casual to dressy. They also offer accessories too! The store was clean and organized. My wife found several items and her checkout was smooth and friendly by the staff. My wife thought she got great deals. Additional savings can be applied with the H&M card. They also offer gift cards. Although I did not find anything this time for myself I will be back shopping Christmas sales.

Consistency in customer service matters. This experience left us feeling overlooked and uncomfortable.

I was immediately greeted upon walking in the smallish store. 80% of the merchandise is Women, but the guys shoes were really super! They offer a dressy, or casual shoe with a scant amount of tennis type. The displays were attractive. Prices seemed fine with 50% off sale going on now. I saw a few things that could actually work, so I could be back for Christmas shopping.

This location is fairly new. But this location is much more convenient for me. It is walking distance from one of my favorite Chinese to-go restaurants. Nothing like going shopping, then getting some good eats to go. Win - Win! The customer service I received from Kayla on last Wednesday and on Saturday was super duper over the top. She seems like a sweet young lady and is super helpful and very stylist. The store features clothing for women and accessories. I suggest you check them out. All items are under $30... always. Boutiques... Must I say more. Sooooo, love them.... In town…read moreand by happenstance saw clothing in the display window so of course I had to stop in. The two women who were working and I think were the owners of the boutique were avant stylish, especially for this area which fashion forward isn't the 1st thing you may think of given its other memorable traits. Beautiful clothing as well as jewelry with a small smattering of shoes adorned the space. Seasonal wear from 3/4 - long sleeve sheets, sweaters, jackets, parkas, jeans, skirts and all are fashion forward. Nothing is cookie cutter here. Edgy, original, colorful, demur and eclectic. There is also a chic bohemian style to many of their pieces with notable authentically designed necklaces that can accentuate any contemporary or free spirit design. Whenever in town again, NYFO will see me again..
