But only had two -then finally added a third cashier. All while there were literally groups of staff on the floor and behind the counter. People were leaving the line (that had DOZENS) because they were waiting SOO LONG! And, there were groups of employees gathered within sight of this very long line that was snaking through the store. Just thought Mgt would want to know -it wasn't a good scene!! Lots of loyal NR customers that wanted to spend money-and not enough cashiers to help !!

Shoppers be warned. I have been a customer at many designer consignment stores and this is by far…read moreone of the worst. If not the worst. First off, nothing in the store is priced. I would ask how much something was and the woman working there thought about it for a minute, as if she were testing to see how much she could charge me, and then give me a price. Very few items in the store were priced to sell. All of this doesn't compare to the shock I felt when she quoted me the price ($2200) on a very fake Chanel. I knew immediately upon touching it that it was a fake. The "leather" was not the soft buttery leather synonymous with Chanel. The other reason I knew the bag was fake was when I opened it, the leather was completely peeling like a cheap purse from Aldo. I showed the woman working and asked if it was real and she tried to show me the "authentication card" to verify its authenticity. She assured me it was real and that her years working at LV gave her the experience to authenticate luxury bags. I'll let the picture speak for itself! Again, beware of a store that advertises as "designer" but does not have the authenticate inventory to back it up. You will have a much better experience going to a really luxury consigner like Double Take in VA Beach.

My sister-in-law had not arrived yet with the kids either, so I went in for a quick peek. The gal that was working at the time was super friendly and nice. From what I could tell, the shop carries mostly women's clothing, shoes and accessories. They also seemed to have a few kitschy items, like fun pens and things like that. They have sales rack in the back and they had some cute maxi dresses that I would have tried on had I not felt the impatient souls waiting outside. I also saw these super cute caps that I want to go back for! Not sure how long they have been open for, but take a peek! These local shops always have more unique items that you won't look like the online catalog of a big box store. Stay safe, Friends!

With racks of…read moreadorable, seasonal clothes for babies and kids alike, it was such an inviting way to start my first shopping experience. I was the only one in the store when I first arrived and was instantly welcomed by the owner, who was so friendly and open to my questions about consigning. I was more than happy to shop while she looked over my items. The store is bright and clean without too many cluttered racks or shelves of knickknacks. Each clothing item is hand-picked and selected for sustainability and eco-friendliness, so I wouldn't recommend coming in expecting to pay the same prices you would for clothing or toys at Walmart or Target. The great thing about consigning is that if you choose to take store credit, you will get a higher value for the items you sell. I was very pleased to hear this, and more than willing to purchase other consignment items for my own daughter. I love the idea of consigning and thrifting rather than purchasing things new whenever I can, and this is a great way to do that while also supporting small business. I was so blown away by the selection of items and the customer service that I have since been back twice since my first visit. I certainly plan to keep taking the items my daughter outgrows to shop the other consigned items here. If you want high quality clothing and accessories for your little ones, this is the first place I would recommend!

For such a big store with so many shoes, the options aren't great for me. It could be just me, but I fail to believe that everyone else has hour-glass shaped feet! (especially men) Get some larger, wider shoes that don't look like a picasso painting with ridiculously narrow soles, and then maybe we'll talk. Also, just as a general gripe: lower the prices. I mean really, we're walking on the things! All they are for is for squishing between the filthy ground and our filthy feet. No shoe and I mean absolutely NO SHOE is worth more than $20 at the most! (Just my opinion.) Enough charging hundreds of dollars for a piece of rubber we're just gonna scrape against the earth with our full weight every day. Reminds me of bridge tolls.. complete BS!

Though the reviews are minimal, they were pretty detailed and I decided to take the plunge. It wasn't very busy and we were immediately helped by Ethel. Very patient and kind, not pushy in the slightest and knowledgeable. She walked me through the machine that'll take notes of how you put pressure on your feet, and had me run on a treadmill to get a better idea of how my feet land when running. She explained to me what she took notice of and which shoes would be best suited for me and my goals. I tried on three pairs of shoes, and honestly, they were all comfortable. I asked about insoles and she helped me get some as well, but she didn't try to upsell me on those, which I appreciate. She did mention with a purchase of shoes, I could get $5 off a pair of socks, and I'm a sucker for socks, so they got me there haha. So far my shoes are nice. My feet don't seem to ache as bad when I run, but I still need to break them in. I have no complaints at this time, and we'll most surely be back to get my husband a new pair of shoes in the coming months.

I've seen a lot of reviews bashing PC for its buying regulations but I will say that PC in all…read moreareas and states is pretty bad when it comes to buying items. The company is ran very loosely in this regard, and they don't ever do more than a glance at most items. I've both sold with them and bought from them for many years in different parts of the USA, but always struggled to get may of my items approved despite quality branding and usage... this is just expected ‍ One time awhile back in a different state I put a bunch of earrings I didn't want anymore on various earring packaging that I had kept from stores despite them being from all different brands and places, didn't even clean them, but every single one was accepted, so who knows what happens behind that counter... However, while I have consistently seen SHEIN and other fast fashion brands overrun thrift stores, I'm happy to say that I typically only see, at most, Walmart branded clothing here. But this is usually very cheap and even the SHEIN clothing they do have is priced low accordingly, so I'm glad they recognize the actual worth of what they accept of those items! I went in today and found a lot of really nice items which is rare for me, I seldom buy clothes in big quantities because it's hard for me to find stuff that works but I'm always trying to pinch my penny's where I can as well! The only sad thing is that the nicer clothing was a bit more on the expensive side, but their selection was pretty good in my opinion for both adults and the youth. A mother in the changing stall next to me was raving to her daughter about how happy she was to find so many jeans that fit her, so I wouldn't discredit her experience! The only complaint I do have is that the employees, as many other reviews have mentioned, are very cold shouldered. I did see a lot of them rushing around to keep the store clean and stay on top of go backs so I respect the hustle! However, both times I interacted with an employee, (I believe it was the same girl both times but I can't remember) at the fitting rooms and at the register, I was spoken to very coldly and curt throughout the interactions. When I checked out I had about $200 worth of items I had found, I usually always look forward to talking to the employees at the register, but the woman who checked me out seemed very annoyed by my presence and being there in general. I tried my best to remove as many hangers as possible before placing my items on the counter, but when a few on the bottom of my basket still had them on and I placed them on the top of my pile that she was going through, she audibly sighed. No conversation was made throughout the entirety of the interaction, despite it being longer due to my purchases. While I thanked her twice for taking the time to fold my clothes and help me with my large purchase, she dismissed me pretty quickly these times as well. As someone who has worked in retail for over 5 years now, I'm very mindful of my presence as a customer and the exhaustion working such a job can have on you. But this should not be an issue when interacting with customers, as that is a core part of working in a retail setting, barely acknowledging customers, is not acceptable. If the employees in a store cannot get behind the fact of providing good service in a service oriented industry, then they are simply not cut out for the job. I'm not saying employees should bend over backwards for customers, because there's only so much we should expect in society regarding quality of work when paying our workers a barely livable wage... but making small talk like, "how has your day been?" Or "did you find everything okay?" Is the bare minimum. If you can't be bothered to look another human in the eyes when speaking to you, even when they're kind and respectful, then you should consider working elsewhere. If you're looking for a quality experience in regard to customer service, don't expect that from this location, as many employees are under-experienced and uninterested in the company. But their selection of items has always been one of my favorite aspects of the location, even if prices can be high sometimes... I attached photos of all my items and prices below for anyone interested, overall I felt that almost everything was very reasonably priced except for a holister jacket priced at $40, in my opinion the jacket is worth no more than $30 but I really loved the fit so I invested in it ‍
