Visited this location with my mother to shop for a birthday outfit and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Upon entering, we were not greeted or acknowledged, and no one offered assistance during our time in the store. What stood out most was that other customers who entered after us were warmly greeted and attended to right away. I understand retail can get busy. It was not today. H&M is one of my daughter's and wife's favorite stores. I've shopped at the Lynnhaven Mall store dozens of times. However, on Norfolk Premium a few. The Norfolk store is huge! They offer something for everyone from Women, Men & Kids. Also different styles from casual to dressy. They also offer accessories too! The store was clean and organized. My wife found several items and her checkout was smooth and friendly by the staff. My wife thought she got great deals. Additional savings can be applied with the H&M card. They also offer gift cards. Although I did not find anything this time for myself I will be back shopping Christmas sales. read more

This is basically a normal H&M store, I didn't really see any big difference from the ones at the malls. Still, they had tons of the usual wares and a bunch of great deals on baby clothes so I enjoyed browsing and found a few things for my daughter at very reasonable prices. read more

I absolutely love this store! Clothes are so trendy and often affordable. You can always find the latest fashions here. The staff is always super nice, and I never have any issues. I can appreciate the range of sizes, from kids to men, to adult women. This is a nice size store with a great selection as well. I will always stop at H&M. read more

H&M Outlet Store - Women's Clothing Near Me - Norfolk, Virginia

I went on a Saturday afternoon, and surprisingly it wasn't that busy. Such a big store and I love how clean it is kept at all times. Being that this is an outlet location, their sale section is quite big in comparison to mall locations. As a typical H&M, the store is well lit and there's employees throughout. I think the only problem I've had is there not being someone at the dressing room, but I just go in anyways because who has the time to track somebody down? The employees are very neutral and are there to get the job done during their shift. read more

I convinced my hubby to drop me off at the Perimeter outlet to drop in H&M really quick to check out their deals! I get out the car and start waking and Realize the store is all the way to the end of the outlet near the Columbia store, so be aware if you're trying to park near the store. I get in there and it's like half the store is on sale and I'm instantly Heaven!!! I found about 6 items I wanted to purchase and got in line. I waited about 5minutes and got up to the cashier & she told me about the Loyalty program and I quickly signed up and received 10% off my purchase I was super hype for the discount! When my wife asked to stop in, I didn't want to go, thinking "it's a hipster store full of skinny jeans." I stood corrected when I witnessed a large store with plenty of space featuring clothing options for the entire family, some at very reasonable prices. And advertised "Super sale" is their marketing attempt to avoid the word "clearance." I was pleasantly surprised at their selection of slim fit dress shirts and suit separates for men. Sadly, the main stock were in regular sizes (34R, 42R, etc) but I needed 38-40; clearance pants stock all size 33 (not mine). It's well lit with lots of employees around. My BIGGEST GRIPE? Out of the 10 employees we were around, NONE spoke to my wife and I; they were more concerned with chatting with each other than offering assistance, or even acknowledging we were there. After 30 minutes, we had a few things in hand but decided it wasn't worth interrupting employee conversation to give them business. read more

I guess I just expected more considering this is an outlet store. It looks pretty much like the mall locations to me*shrugs* it's bright, clean and roomy just like I like but the selection left me feeling like "man am I glad I'm an online shopper." The cashier seemed like he didn't want to be there. Not friendly at all. I'm not saying I won't be back here but I definitely don't plan on visiting any time soon. I'll stick to my online shopping and just pop in if I need to return or exchange online. read more

Wow , the store was a little busy and yet for the I would say hour plus in the store I only found 2 people on the sales floor and they were at the register and in the fitting room. For the volume of the store and the amount of sales the payroll count not be that low. There were about 20 plus groups in the store and no one to be found for help. Get some people on the floor to help convert the shoppers and have great customer service. Cant find it can't buy it. read more

H & M is one of my favorite stores, however this was the worst experience I have ever had visiting this location. Entering 20 mins before closing on Mother's Day. Gabrielle instantly reminded me that the store will be closing soon and register will be shutting down. She proceeded to follow me around the store making me feel completely uncomfortable and rushed. Every item I picked up she asked me was I purchasing and kept reminding me the stores is closing soon. Keep in mind there was other people in the store, but I was the only person of color that she singled out and constantly followed around the store. When I said something about she was very rude and nasty. I will not be visiting this location again if H&M decides to keep employees like this. read more

Absolute worst retail experience I have ever had when trying to return an item. The manager Gabrielle Santos, made returning items an investigation. I was visiting Norfolk, VA for work and decided to go shopping at H&M at the outlets. My initial shopping experience was good but when I went to return 3 items the following day bc they did not fit, I was treated like crap. When returning my items, I provided Gabrielle with a receipt listing all items I purchased the day before, including the date and time. She stated that she couldn't do my return because one pair of pants did not have a tag (the tag was missing when I purchased it so the associate manually searched for the item, which is typical). So she proceeds to say "I have to go watch the cameras from yesterday before I can complete the return. AGAIN she has a paper receipt of all the items I purchased!!! Gabrielle also stated that it looked like I washed a pair of pants and I attached a price tag to it..... AGAIN I was visiting Norfolk, VA for work and had JUST purchased these items a the day before and returned them the EXACT way I purchased them. Oh and to add more context, I'm a woman of color. I was in disbelief and confused at what I was experiencing.. no one should ever have to experience this. Returning items have never been that difficult. After she realized how IGNORANT she was being, she finally completed my returns/exchanges read more

Doesn't even deserve one star you won't let me tell you how trashy they are until I do. Take your money elsewhere and save your time because they won't take the time for you. The dr gives rectal exams gives better customer service. read more
