Cute little store with tons of brand name items. Really enjoyed looking in here. Lots of amazing pieces. One side is second hand items priced right while the other side is new toys and books and a few racks of new kid stuff. I like that they had several tag colors that helped bring the prices down a bit but the clothes are quality so I didn't mind paying more. So many cute shocked outfits with embroidery. If you have kiddos this is a great place to get quality stuff. Here on vacay so I can't speak to the rotation but would love to return in the future. read more

I've been here three times. The first two visits were perfect. I absolutely loved the experience and the service. It was normally my daughter and I shopping together. Today I brought in my son, he's Autistic and an eloper. Meaning he tends to run away. The older woman at the register was very annoyed by this, and she did not have the same welcoming attitude that she had with other customers. It felt unwelcoming. It's hard enough as a mother with a child of a disability. It's even hard when other people are watching us struggle and choose to not be kind. Cute little store! Staff is friendly and they have plenty of items if you are shopping for a baby or kid. They have some reasonably priced used items that vary and some new items such as clothing, books, toys and more. I'm an expecting mom and was able to find a baby carrier,stroller fan and a good breast feeding pillow here used for good prices. read more

White Rabbit is the place to shop for your kids clothes! They gave consignment and retail parts of the store and a great deal of the consignment things are brand new or almost brand new! Because if you're a mom or grandmother you KNOW how fast kids grow and you buy them an "expensive" pair of shoes or sneakers and BAM first day wearing them, scuffed, dirty and you want to pull your hair out! Right? Well they gave so many kids shoes, boots, slippers, snow boots, dance(ballet and tap) and just as many girl and baby shoes too! And their selection of kids books can't be beat! This boutique style consignment shop is cute and offers tons of affordable name brand kids clothes. I found my little one's first pair of good shoes and like new baby moccasins here! The staff is usually pretty friendly and very helpful, although I've had at least one experience where my simple questions seemed to irritate the cashier. That didn't stop me from coming back! It's hit or miss because it's mostly consignment but they do have a few new items in there - books, toys, and whatnot. But when you do come at the right moment, you can score some great items on the super cheap. I always make sure to stop in at least once a month. The ladies who work there are very approachable and not pushy at all - which is really nice. It is a small shop packed with stuff for your little one, so don't bring your them when shopping. read more

What a cute baby and children's boutique! I am definitely going to remember this place as I'm buying up shower gifts for my friends. This store sells new and used clothing for babies and kids. The used clothing is in great shape, of the best brands, and a good deal. Like a Gymboree sweater for $7. Cant' beat it. For unique gifts, they have all kinds of books and toys. Whoever just answered the phone could use a lesson in customer service. I called and politely asked if the store carried a certain brand and in what size. The woman said "I don't know. You will have to come in and look". Really? You work at a kids consignment shop and you can't tell me what sizes you carry before I drive all the way to the location?? Unreal. So incredibly rude. I love a bargain and there are some good deals to be found here. However, the customer service was so poor that I decided to take my business elsewhere and ended up finding my 5 year old some gently used clothes on eBay. I visited White Rabbit for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. After finding fall clothes for my oldest child and learning all about the personal family issues of one of the employees, who was sharing very loudly with her co-worker, I went up front to pay. There I was informed that there are no returns. I was puzzled by this and they, in turn, could not seem to understand why I would want to return something. I was thinking something along the lines of "it doesn't fit" or "kid doesn't like it." That didn't seem far-fetched to me. But alas, I was out of luck. Apparently paying with cash or check will give you a brief grace period but as I was on my way to the gym, I did not have my full purse contents with me. So they agreed to set the items aside for me until Monday, and they took down my phone number. Monday came and went and I never heard from them. I had become rather ill over the weekend so I decided not to go there on Monday. i went first thing Tuesday morning. i explained the situation, they spent about five seconds looking for theh clothes, then informed me that they must have been put back. So I looked on the racks and not one thing I had set aside was back hanging on the racks. I brought this to the employees' attention but they couldn't be bothered. So I took my business elsewhere. I was really disappointed in the service here, especially because the women working there were older, grandma-age, not teenagers. read more

This place is a hidden gem. We have found so many things for my son here. Everyone is always super nice and don't mind my toddler running about playing with the toys. They have high quality stuff and if you are looking for something specific, there are sometimes hidden things in the back the staff will share. We found a wooden walker they pulled out for us when we mentioned wanting a walker tall enough for my son. read more

I brought a mamaroo there almost 3 years ago and they told me when they sold it they would give me money for it. Well guess what. I still never got money for it! Don't bring your stuff if you want to get scammed. I no longer live in the area so I couldn't go back in there but would advise people not to go in there. They made out on selling a mamaroo and not having to give me my money for it. What a scam!!! read more

Today my Mom and I went into the White Rabbit as we have in the past to shop for my grandchildren. My 82 year old mother was just talking to the two ladies working today and it seemed that they were bothered by her as they both seemed to disagree with everything she said. It got to the point that I felt I had to walk up and explain some of what my Mom was saying. Where was the respect treated to a paying costumer? It hurt my feelings for my Mom and I wanted to go back into the store after she had made her purchases but she didn't want me to...not because she didn't find them rude but she didn't want to upset anyone. These ladies should imagine their mother treated this way and maybe a little compassion shown even if you aren't interested. read more

As a grandmother of a 17 month old girl, I was thrilled to find this store. (I am visiting from out of town.) We are now shopping for the second generation at the White Rabbit. Twenty five years ago, I could take the children in there and, due to the reasonable prices on resale items, they could pick anything they wanted. Where else could you do that? The clothes are carefully vetted and of high quality. It was not uncommon to find parents from the same private school our children attended also shopping there for school clothes that met the dress code (and that the children would actually wear). Although they could afford to do otherwise, my children are now avid resale shoppers for themselves and their families. I frequent the White Rabbit to find clothes, including ski outfits, for the twins and two older grandchildren. In return, my children, who live out of town, send outgrown clothes for me to take to the White Rabbit to consign for them. The owners are most personable and helpful. Some of the afternoon staff are more reserved in manner, which could come off as standoffish or uninterested in helping. The White Rabbit is a lively, friendly place and an asset to Ghent. read more
