This thrift shop is HUGE. You have to try really hard to not find something you like (whether or not you purchase it is a different story). I come here often for crafting (box frames, fabrics, etc) or cosplay material. I like the prices, as they are usually inexpensive for good quality. This thrift shop can even just be a nice spot to look around and see antique items that once had a story. I have seen beautiful wedding gowns, home decor, and in general very gently used items. If you're looking for anything, just try seeing if you can find it here first. There's nothing like a good thrift find and this is the place to search. read more

This place has great deals and attentive staff. My only grip is WHY do you staple tags on clothes and purses? It makes holes in the fabric! It's a tragedy and nerve wracking to try and carefully remove those tags without ripping the clothes or having to break out a tool :( read more

There are so many awesome things here. The prices were pretty cheap so that's nice. The cashier was a bit rude to me

No dressing rooms. Good selection but pointless if you can't try on. Very rude employees

This is my go to Thrift store for my own needs and for great reselling items. I go here weekly at least.

Gotta say there is definitely a large selection here no doubt about it. Essentially double the size of most goodwill's and even Salvation Army. Yet it does not justify some of this pricing. For used shoes that's go for less on line just cuz there Yezzy or Jordan doesn't mean you can sell "Used Shoes from a THRIFT SHORE" for those prices. I was shocked. Didn't really talk to any workers I'm sure there cool store was well kept do doubt. Might be worth the stop just like any thrift I'm sure it's just hit and miss if you looking for things. read more

Hands down, best thrift in the 757. I always find something good, it's a huge thrift with so many options, their vinyl/music section is amazing! read more

Employee, rude! Do not shop here. Bailey is very rude. Need to work on her customer service. She isn't happy with her job or life that she takes it out on customers. The worse experience ever. DO NOT go to this place if you are MEXICAN! She will be rude to you! If you're BLACK she will be nice. But honestly your skin color SHOULD NOT factor in hoe they treat you! read more

I need to share my experience here today on February 28, 2026. I came here with my sister and niece. We were in the toy section and were watching a little boy and girl playing. The boy was pulling on an insecure shelving unit and a large toy fell and hit the girl on the head. She began immediately bleeding profusely. I mean profusely. You couldn't even see the cut. My sister is a nurse and began to help the parents with the daughter and I ran to get a manager from the checkout desk. The checkout person reacted immediately and called for a manager over the intercom. I ran back with a towel to soak up the bleeding and no manager came for at least 15 minutes. That's a long time for a little scared kid and the parents. When the manager finally approached, as casual as could be, she tells us that she already reviewed the security tapes. DOESNT BRING A FIRST AID KIT. Places blame on the little boy for doing something kids do. Just totally incompetent. I'm sickened that they took the time to watch the security tapes rather than coming to an aid of a toddler covered in blood. And was more concerned with covering their own butts. read more

Really good selection for good prices! The two issues I had was the fact there's no changing rooms. You have to just put it on over your clothes if you want to check it fits. The second was the speed of checkout. The workers are very chatty and slow that it took me forever to wait in line and finally get checked out. read more

One of my favorites in the area! Always clean, large selection, fair prices and organized well too! It's a HUGE place. They have seasonal stuff too...Holidays, summer, winter etc. Always find something even if it's not what I was looking for! read more

Decent stuff. Pricing seems higher since Covid. If stuff is used it's all the same. Designer names are not important. I do suggest that some items from Penny's Department store runs sales and the clothing is cheaper at Penny's. People like deals. read more

I never Write reviews but as someone who loves to Thrift this is and always will be the FIRST store I go to in Norfolk , I recently spent 2 1/2 hours in this store and found SO MUCH stuff I absolutely love I gotten around 10 items I spent under 65$ which I believe is a steal for thrift stores now a days , I'm also a student and on Tuesday is student discount days I believe that also played a part in my price , it's always so nice and neat and the staff and very nice , I love this place if I can give them 10 stars I would I can't wait to go back !!! read more

From the outside, this store looks like a cute little shop but once inside, you will definitely be blown away. Did not expect it to be this huge in here! This store is huge, but thankfully also well organized. There's a pretty good amount of anything you're looking for from books, clothing, shoes, jewelry, even mattresses! We didn't see any specific signs aside from military discount on Wednesday and senior citizen discount on Thursday (I think), but it was BOGO on T-shirts which was seen on the store sign outside. The employees were very nice and helpful. There's a lot, so it can almost be overwhelming but this is a definite spot to walk out with at least one good thing with. Furniture wasn't really in my price range, but majority of it was in great condition. An extra plus are the bathrooms and fitting rooms (3). read more

Incredibly large second-hand/thrift store. It has a big parking lot and a few HC spaces, but not near the main entrance. It can be very crowed inside with narrow aisles. It's a great place to browse on a rainy day or to just kill time walking through rows and rows of men and women's clothing, large pieces of furniture, records, books, glassware, jewelry, kitchen ware, shoes, ties, belts, and children's toys and stuffed animals. read more

You need to visit Thrift Shop USA! This store is HUGE, with a little something for everyone. Treasures around every corner and in every nook and cranny. You think you're done looking and then a whole new room opens up for you. My friend and I visited this shop on a whim, as neither of us had been here before. PS. Don't trust the Google store hours. We waited until noon since that's what Google told us, but we overheard a cashier telling another customer they're open 9am-7pm. Also, take note of their discount days! We loved this store; They have furniture, dishes, records, books, clothing, knick-knacks, décor, shoes, art, rugs, tapestries, mattresses, and more. My friend found a super cute picnic basket that everyone kept commenting on, I found a nice wooden sewing box, and both of us found some clothes and almost walked out with furniture too. *Note that we couldn't find any fitting rooms, so wear clothes you can try things over, or take a gamble. Luckily our purchases fit, as they don't do returns or exchanges.* Not sure if he was the owner or manager but a nice gentlemen in a cowboy hat offered to help us with any furniture negotiating or purchasing. We plan on being back soon! read more

I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the problem of exiting the store's parking lot. They really need to make sure the back gate is open when they are open so customers have more than one exit to use. The back one is so much easier to leave by and leads you to a traffic light to go either direction. When it's not open, the line to the front exit is long and blocks the parking area when it backs up. It's especially hard to leave the front exit if you need to turn left since Little Creek Road is always so busy. Keep your customers safe and happy, please leave the gate open until you close! read more

This is the best Thrift Store in Norfolk by far. The staff are amazing and my current favorite by far is of course, Ms. Pepper. Ms. Pepper is an excellent associate who allowed me to call her by her last name with Ms. preceeding her last name, because she was amazing at her job and connected with her customers. I look forward to purchasing from the jewelry section again soon, especially when Ms. Pepper is working that section. read more

Love this store, so much to see! Treasures galore, we always make a girls day of it. The price are good

Really BAD experience today. I was in line behind two other customers. The first was showing photos on her phone to the only cashier before being checked out. An employee came to the cash out area, but did not off to help the other customer or myself nor did the cashier ask for help. Then while the cashier was ringing up the customer in front of me, who had about 20 breakable cups, a young man with red hair came over with a customer who was buying boots. I thought well maybe he will help me afterwards. Once done with the boot customer he came over to the register next to the other cashier and called me forward, but he then stopped and went on to something else for a minute and then walked back up to that register and then the other woman employee walked back over and the left. Now instead of helping me he pulled out paper to help the cashier wrap up the twenty breakable pieces that belonged to the customer in front of me. I then said could someone please ring me up, I have been waiting a long time. No answer so I walked over to the redhead guy and said I really wanted to buy these things and thought he was going to ring me up, but I couldn't wait any longer so I guess he will have to now put my things away. His reply was "ok". Amazing no I'm sorry let me ring you up. So then after leaving I called and asked to speak to the manager. After a few minutes I heard the redhead's voice say hello not this is the manager how can I help you and definitely no name given. I have a hard time believing that this could be the manager. Even after stating the above to him no apology. I have been a customer there for years, but it really seems to have gone down quite a bit.I realize it's a second hand store, but customer service should not be treated like they are second hand. I have worked in retail for 45 years and customer service is what I am commended on over and over. I won't be back. read more

This place is huge and you can find some great things but it's not in a great location & harder to find high-end items. Great place to look for furniture to rehab for cheap, vintage housewares & weird items. read more

This thrift store is HUGE and has a wide variety of items and clothing. The staff is very helpful and kind and the items are reasonably priced. My only complaint is there are no dressing rooms to try on clothing. The staff told me the best they can offer is trying the items on over your clothes lol! Definitely still love this store though!! read more

Friendly and helpful folks. Prices are reasonable although some items that are highly desired can be pricey. Be patient as the staff actively adjusts prices. I have purchased appliances, furniture, some clothing and I am so pleased with the price and the store backing up a limited time to return a stackable washer/dryer if the unit had issues. The only issue I would say is it is difficult to donate excess household items. read more

Fairly good location with a large selection of clothing, books, movies, houseware, abd unique antique finds. My only hold up is their customer service. They do need to work on their customer service. Scolding me like a child at the register repeatedly not to go behind the counter after waiting is not an effective measure. You'd think after me waiting 10 min and no one helping what are you to do, get a product yourself. Mind you it's hard to tell who works because no one has a formal ID or work shirt to identify themselves. Nice variety of items, good for ugly holiday sweaters, abd they have a changing room. read more

I adore Thrift Store hunting. So, when I began to look for a Thrift Store here in Virginia, I came straight to my fellow Yelpers for some great Advice as to what Thrift Store I should visit. My Family and I came to Thrift Store USA and was floored at how BIG and how much items they had for sale. The store was very neat. Each section was separated by itself and it was easy to shop around. I really like Antique items and had found a beautiful High Chair/Chair and Table Combo at a reasonable price. When I showed it to my Daughter, she instantly adored it. I have to say that the prices are Great! I'm sure that I would have purchased so much more if I lived here. You should bring one of these stores to Hawaii! Mahalo for a great visit! My Daughter will be shopping there more often now! read more

Best thrift store ive ever been to. its huge they have so much stuff and for a good price. i always find something good everytime i go!!

Rude staff. God forbid you're still shopping 30 minutes till closing time. They literally walk around the store and tell you to get in line to leave. And if you're not in line they get on the overcom speaker and tell you to leave with the line wrapping around the isles. Over priced too. read more

You are lying. I have 1st hand testimony, for how this situation was handled. Manager banging on door, telling me continuously to come out. Unprofessional. I already notified you to stop making any type of contact, to include social media posts etc., with me. Continued correspondence will result in legal action. Last warning. Your store manager creeps me out, and I will not in any profitable manner provide any means to your business. If other want to continue shopping at your establishment I can't stop them. But, just like me, I enjoyed shopping at your store for over 3 years. Then this horrible experience happened to me and my family. I imagine other will eventually have a similar disappointing experience at your store and they will post about it too. I will not delete these posts, as this is the experience I personally had at your store. DO NOT make any further contact with me unless it is in the terms of an apology. For example: "I'm sorry that that was the type of experience you had at our store. I can assure you, that is not how we meant for your experience to be perceived. We value you as a customer and we would like to make sure your shopping experience is a pleasant one." But, maybe that's the Business Manager in me speaking. read more
