The selection of items were strong and the store organized. The prices were better than the J Crew Outlet in Norfolk. I found a few sweaters for myself, but passed. With both withdrawals posted to my account, I asked my bank if it was on them and if so to just dispute it, and the bank assured me that the double charge came from TWO DIFFERENT REGISTERS at Old Navy! I am highly disappointed to say the least. With over an hour of my time wasted at the store and no help from customer service, finally asked my bank to dispute the charge. I purchased a few long sleeve shirts with the cooler weather approaching. They were identical to ones I've owned for over a decade that l really liked and wore out. Check out was friendly and they offered a deeper discount if you had a Gap credit card. I've really liked GAP over the years and will return. I'm 4.5, but I'm rounding down however with a 10 minute wait for checkout.

The closer we worked to the back of the store gazing through selection where the employees were, I definitely made contact and spoke and they just looked down at their phones. Now I know they saw me, heard me and did not speak!! 2 other guys walked in and they happily greeted them from the back to the front of the store!! At this point we knew they did not want "our" business, so we left! Call it what you want, but they don't want "us" in their store and purchase their products. My dad was a top military personnel, my husband and I work for the military, heck my boss is an Admiral! I know what it means to support military and its initiatives and this is not a way to represent the military or veterans!
