Came in on Saturday after Thanksgiving and they had some really great sales. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I feel like this store is more high-end than Coach and Kate Spade and it looks like it from the products inside. The accessories are nicer and much more classic and elegant and the purses look much pricier and on trend. It's a little more expensive but worth it because the styles are better. I was looking for a very specific style of small purse for date night and found a very elegant one at an excellent price. I had excellent customer service from a few of the associates working inside and checkout was a breeze. Will absolutely be back. Wow. I've shopped at this location 3 separate occasions in the last 4 months and only one has been positive. The first time I noticed the staff seemed very uptight about even touching the items inside the store. How am I suppose to decide on a purchase if I'm not allowed to touch it? The second time I was pleasant but I felt rushed in looking around. I still purchased a beautiful bag. Today's visit was disappointing to say the least. Myself and my mother were interested in a few items and love spending good money on quality purses. I spotted a small handbag in the window I was interested in and looked all over the store to see if they had one that was not on display. The only ones in that specific pattern was on the display, 3 of the same purse and pattern all in the window, and I was ready to buy one. I pick it up to look at the tag and two staff members immediately rush towards me and one tries to take it out of my hand. He said "don't touch these, we aren't allowed to move anything in the window display." I reply with "well this is the only one in the store and I'm interested in it." He says again that I cannot touch it. He turned to the wall where that style was and told me to go look for it over there, repeating to him that I've already looked over there and there are none. Another associate then comes over to escort me to the wall and when she realizes I was correct in their supply only being in the window, she tells the other associate. He states AGAIN that they cannot let people touch the display bags. How do you expect someone to purchase something if the last one in the window is off limits? It was a very disrespectful encounter overall. I love TB and own quite a few of them, but I've never been so turned off by one of their stores. read more

Could be 5 stars but I want to visit again to ensure consistency in customer service. Felt like buying myself something because hey, I've been good. I realized that I had never been into one of their stores and went in to take a look see. I was immediately greeted and began browsing. A representative approached and told me of the promotions going on and asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for. I wanted a new belt and she showed me the selection they had on hand. While they did not have the one I had in mind, I did see some that I'll keep my eye on for future purchase. They carry scarfs, shoes, fragrances, wallets, belts and of course hand bags. The assortment was varied and I saw so much that is going on my wish list for the holidays (gentle reminder that I've been good). Another associate checked on me to see if I was finding everything ok. She then mentioned that they have select items that are further discounted and advertised as door busters. I appreciate her letting me know about this and I actually found a new fragrance to go with the purse I selected. Check out was easy. They offer 10% military discount, can accept contactless pay and major credit cards. I will visit this location when in the area. Very pretty store full of pretty things! Hey Tory girl, hey! Before this outlet came around to Hampton Roads, I didn't own anything of this brand but always wanted to. The flagship TB stores and department store prices are really expensive. The outlets + any additional sales, make it way better. I'm now an owner of two cross-body purses; thanks Mom (Christmas) & hubby (anniversary!) It's located in the Norfolk Premium Outlets, the side where Under Armor is, and near Old Navy also. Tory Burch is known of course for leather goods - purses big and small - totes, satchels, cross-bodies, and accessories - wallets, key chains, shoes, flip flops, earrings, other jewelry, and even perfume. Lots of bright colors, but I myself prefer the neutrals... colors I will use year-round, and will go with everything. (I got the usual tan, and one purse is black and cream colored. Maybe grey next.) Sales associates are always very friendly; sometimes I feel like they are secretly fighting over customers. I'm a big fan and hopefully, my lil' Tory Burch collection will grow, thanks to this outlet. Woohoo! My daughter, a navy wife, had just said goodbye to her husband, who's ship left for deployment. To ease the sadness, I took her to the Torry Burch Outlet. She like a pair of shoes that were on sale. They advertised a military discount and when she showed them her id they wouldn't offer the discount on a sale product. It was only 10%, not a big deal. When my daughter mentioned that her husband just left on a mission they didn't even acknowledge that. We left without a purchase and where Torry Burch could have made her day, they didn't. There was also a woman in there on Instagram recording items in the store, catching customers in the background without their permission. When I asked the salesperson that I was uncomfortable with that, they didn't do anything about it. Very disappointed with story Burch. read more

You're going to love the Norfolk Outlets! But that's another review... we walked into Tory Burch and Ahhhhh it's was like a burst of colors on a pinwheel! Gorgeously displayed merchandise beckoned us further and further inside this upscale haven. The whole store was 30% off but the prices in the clearance section were slashed even more. As we ooohed and aaahed over the selection, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. No, they weren't pushy, on the contrary, they had an air of aloofness without being overbearing. In some similar places, the salespeople pounce on you like a cat on a mouse, but here you can relax and browse. The cashiers rang up our purses, wallet, sandals, flip flops, and jewelry. We spent way too much money (thank goddess for the discounts!) but left with our bundles and bags and happily strolled to the next exciting emporium. read more

Oh, Tory Burch. You have taken so much of my money over the years. I have such a bad obsession that when this outlet opened I specifically didn't tell my boyfriend about it because I wanted to go and spend all of my money in peace. This outlet is absolutely beautiful and brand new. I've been to another TB outlet in Chicago and it was really bad compared to this location. The staff are so welcoming and inviting from the second you enter. They are extremely helpful with providing everything from suggestions to the prices of your items with the discount. I have been on numerous occasions and every time I visit I always leave happier than when I came. Most of the time they have at least 30% off their outlet prices and 40-50% additional off for clearance. I highly recommend this location, you won't be disappointed (until you check your bank account later) UPDATE: This store is still amazing even in 2020 with all the Covid mess. Ivy and everyone that was working the day I came in with my mom was amazing. Every lady in there assisted us in some shape or form. They all spoke to us and interacted with us. They had a 40% off sale and some selected items at 50% off as well as flip flops marked down so I had a hard time deciding what I needed (ahem, "wanted") and spent a considerable amount of time browsing and really looking at things. The store was neat, orderly, bright, and inviting. Ivy was super great assisting with sunglasses and then checking us out. She took her time but at the same time was very efficient and bagged up my items as requested...some were gifts for friends. The customer service at this store was awful. The employees would rather have conversations with themselves than to help a customer. I left not purchasing for this reason. However, I chose to go back another day only to receive the same service. I spent at least 20 minutes looking at different items. Very rude employees. I walked in and none acknowledged me. I had shopping bags in my hand and a very expensive designer bag (more expensive than Tory Burch). I heard them greeting others as they entered but they did not greet me at all. They greeted and told other costumers the promo going on. I had to ask about the promotions since no one greeted or told me about it. I drove over an hour to come to this store and I did not purchase the bag I wanted because I refuse to give commission to employee who did not earn my business. I would rather pay full price than visit this store again. read more
