Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced…read more I rented a suit from this Men's Wearhouse location (8514 Fenton St, Silver Spring, MD) on December 12, 2024, for an event in February 2025. I canceled the rental on February 3, 2025, and was promised a refund of $202.46. Over 3 months later, after visiting the store more than 10 times, I still have not received my refund. The employees, including the manager, repeatedly gave me false promises, excuses, and contradictory answers, but no actual solution. They wasted my time and showed zero professionalism or accountability. I eventually had to escalate the issue to corporate just to get a response. The next step will be reporting to BBB and my bank if I don't get any response from corporate. I strongly recommend avoiding this store location. They do not honor their word, they mishandle refunds, and they show complete disregard for customer service.

All the employees seemed pretty friendly and very helpful. Although I do not purchase suits on a regular basis, I thought the prices were pretty fine. While they did not have as many styles as I would have liked (mainly because of my own time [and size] constraints), the wearhouse had a decent selections. Fortunately, tailoring took a couple of days; however, I was a bit shocked that they charged an express fee of around $30 to hem the pants. But, hey, I guess that's the business.
