The misses are that if things aren't on sale, I have paid as much as twice as much for the same item as I can get it literally anywhere else. The produce is laughable. It is generally already half spoiled and covered in fruit flies on the shelf. For some reason, any milk I get here goes chunky at least by the Best By date, so be sure you drink it well before then. Overall, some things are AWESOME, and other things are a huge waste of your hard earned money. Also, most of the employees here are top-notch. I don't think I have ever met one here who wasn't great.

Otherwise, it is an efficient place to go in, get what you want and get out, unlike the huge grocery big box stores that have everything under the sun. One area where this location could save money and possibly reduce prices is by eliminating the "Death Row for Plants". Plant materials are placed outside to dehydrate and fry in the sun. The plants placed inside are not cared for either. We have brought the situation to the attention of the store manager (repeatedly) personally and he wasn't at all interested. Other workers said that they were told not to water the plants. We notified Lidl corporate. They had the correct response, but no action has been taken. When the plants arrive, they are beautiful and high quality but it doesn't take long for the lack of water to destroy the plants and reduce their value to zero. The plant prices are not marked, so most people just walk past and the stock just sits there to cook in the sun. I deducted one star because of the lack of customer service and short staffing the checkouts. I don't think that the employees receive any customer service training. I also deducted one star because of the wasted resources (plants) that have the potential to increase prices

It is part of a long strip mall that includes many little stores, standalone fast food places, and other large stores like Home Depot. It has quite a large parking area and seems to usually have good capacity, perhaps because there's so many other big grocery stores in/around the area, but I have seen it occasionally get crowded too. The actual store is quite well organized and seems to have ample stock of grocery items you're looking for. I found it very clean and generally with a "warm" aura, perhaps due to a combination of the lighting and the large spacing, making it quite comfortable to shop at. I haven't seen any self-checkout but it seems they usually keep enough lanes open to handle capacity.
