Stopping what she was doing just to help me. Finally, the cashier Amanda, went above and beyond to put rubber bands around my cakes, double bagged the heavier groceries then used a Wegman's Card that would save me money. I'm sure I could find better deals on some items at another store, but I simply don't have time to coupon or cost compare. The prices here are outstanding, especially for organic produce and dairy as well as meat and frozen foods. Bonus: they have Blue Bell ice cream! My recent love affair is with Aldi's curbside pickup. The online website for pickup or delivery is easy to navigate, there's no additional fee, and it saves me so much time (and in store toddler meltdowns). My main gripe is that sometimes the self checkout can get pretty backed up, mainly because the machines always error out and there is only one employee usually assigned to self checkout. It does seem like they could use another section of self checkout machines, maybe even an express line aside from self checkout.

I will say, it was completely redone the best way it could. There are a lot more self checkouts. They seemed to have a better and greater selection of clothes for the whole family. Their food section was great to be honest. They had a good amount of organics. However, they were out of some fresh herbs that I needed. I was in the makeup section and needed some items in the glass case. I alerted an employer and within minutes had someone there to open it for me. Checkout was pretty easy to operate. I had a question and an employee was nice enough to help. If I had to come back here again I probably wouldn't hesitate if in the area. I still prefer my neighborhood "Grassfield Walmart" above all.
