We got there and got my husband inside, they took awhile running our insurance, only to tell us they didn't have his size! Really?? They got it from their west side location for us and had it delivered there the next day, but they could have done that on the phone and saved both him and I a lot of time and effort, and him from limping in there in pain. As far as the boot, it is more expensive than the ones you can find on Amazon, etc. I don't actually know if it's better as I don't have any experience with others. However, strapping the boot is not at all user friendly. The hooks to feed the velcro through fold into the boot all the time. It's hard for me to put it on him, much less if he tries to do it himself. I don't think this is the fault of the store, but it definitely could be designed better.
