I am still amazed that I got a 2007 Honda Odyssey VMI adapted van, with only 16,000 miles on it, purchased, added remote start and trucked to Texas all for under under $30,000. I am certain that virtually every other dealership would've been asking at least $32,000. just for the van. I was fortunate enough to have somebody local available to inspect it, and salesman Don Dohse even put it up on the lift so he could check the underside, I made my purchase with no qualms. While the price is great, getting such superb customer service, from deposit, through paperwork to getting it transported, really made the entire experience wonderful and stress-free!

He is a very big shoe size, so we wanted to make sure they had it before we drove there. We called and they said they did. We got there and got my husband inside, they took awhile running our insurance, only to tell us they didn't have his size! Really?? They got it from their west side location for us and had it delivered there the next day, but they could have done that on the phone and saved both him and I a lot of time and effort, and him from limping in there in pain. As far as the boot, it is more expensive than the ones you can find on Amazon, etc. I don't actually know if it's better as I don't have any experience with others. However, strapping the boot is not at all user friendly. The hooks to feed the velcro through fold into the boot all the time. It's hard for me to put it on him, much less if he tries to do it himself. I don't think this is the fault of the store, but it definitely could be designed better.

I sent them an email inquiring about a power lift chair they had on their website. The employee called me and said they do not sell that chair. When I walked her step by step thru the website to the chair they suddenly did sell it. Attempted to get the price from the employee which I got $1250 but when asked about how much would be covered if I got a prescription and was told $250 So I stayed then I would pay $1000. I was told no I would have to pay $1250.this went on several minutes so I gave up. I asked for a manager to call me. It took 2 days. Had lots of excises about missed emails. Then told me they record all calls and she listened to it. Hello I was never told I was being recorded. I said good then you know that your employee didn't even know you sold the item. That's when the manager told me the employee that I was talking to was the employee who places the orders. WOW! Ok said she was clueless on the pricing. The manager said yes but that's the he fault of the end user. WHAT? I'm the end user I just explained the pricing to you you said I was right but now you blame me?? How about retraining your employee!! So to top it off I bought a $3 pair of socks on Dec 6 they were not what my mom wanted. Tried to return them today 12/21 still in original sealed package no ever opened. Was told no returns due to covid and no returns after 10 days. No where is the is posted no where is it stated on my receipt. Guess they treat there customers so bad they need ever penny. Hope they choke on the $3.00!!!
