I am certain that virtually every other dealership would've been asking at least $32,000. just for the van. I was fortunate enough to have somebody local available to inspect it, and salesman Don Dohse even put it up on the lift so he could check the underside, I made my purchase with no qualms. While the price is great, getting such superb customer service, from deposit, through paperwork to getting it transported, really made the entire experience wonderful and stress-free!

He is a very big shoe size, so we wanted to make sure they had it before we drove there. We called and they said they did. We got there and got my husband inside, they took awhile running our insurance, only to tell us they didn't have his size! Really?? They got it from their west side location for us and had it delivered there the next day, but they could have done that on the phone and saved both him and I a lot of time and effort, and him from limping in there in pain. As far as the boot, it is more expensive than the ones you can find on Amazon, etc. I don't actually know if it's better as I don't have any experience with others. However, strapping the boot is not at all user friendly. The hooks to feed the velcro through fold into the boot all the time. It's hard for me to put it on him, much less if he tries to do it himself. I don't think this is the fault of the store, but it definitely could be designed better.

I finally told them to take the headboard off, which they did but not before doing the damage to my house. They also damages the headboard and footboard of the bed but I was told not to worry as they had plenty of headboards and footboards to replace the damaged ones. She said to send her pictures of the damage, which I did. She never got back with me but must have told the warehouse manager Ryan because he called. Ryan asked if he could come take a look at the walls, door and of course the bed. I agreed for him to come to my home on a Thursday evening. He never showed up no call, nothing just didn't bother. Go elsewhere for all your medical supply needs. They'll sell you everything but not stand by anything!! Terrible after the sale they don't care, they have your money. I had to oversee every their step and correct their mistakes constantly. Rail installation had to be corrected 2 times. They have very little idea of what they are doing. They cut corners wherever is possible and beyond. Kevin Leary - general manager will find every excuse under the sun to avoid responsibility for his actions. He has no problem "stretching" the facts to cover his mistakes.

The volunteers refurbish used equipment and ask a monetary donation to offset their costs. Their location is off the beaten path down in the back of Cayuga Ridge.
