After I informed them I already paid my co-pay, I was then told that my equipment was on a rent to own contract and I would have to pay $40 per month for 10 months. Imagine my surprise, because 5 months after I received my equipment, I was told that I was on a rent to own contract. I was never told anything about this arrangement until 5 MONTHS AFTER I RECEIVED THE EQUIPMENT! I scoured my paperwork and couldn't find any thing that indicated these terms. I then called the office again and a rather rude person told me that this was my problem because as a consumer I should be aware of things like this. Funny, as a business and as a provider, I would have thought that you would be required to tell me exactly what the arrangements are instead of sliding them in after I have been using the equipment for 5 months. I asked her to please send me the paperwork that indicates this arrangement and what I received was the paperwork that I already had that said nothing about a rent to own arrangement. The employees are all well-trained so they know their stock (which is amazing in its variety), and take the time to help you with your particular issue. In one instance, their price was less than it was on amazon and i walked out the door with what I needed without having to wait for a delivery. I ddnt bother checking amazon for the other item. They scheduled pickup for the following day between 10am-2pm. I waited and called at 1:30 to confirm. They said I was on the schedule. They did not come. I called the following day... SAME experience. And again the following day! They finally came LATE on day 8 after my initial call. Yesterday I received a bill for another month of service because "I kept the equipment into July". They also still have my husband in their system as alive and using oxygen. I am angry with the horrible customer service, inept system and lack of sensitivity. They actually asked to speak to my husband for permission to discuss the account. I hope there are other options for families needing this equipment for their loved ones.

I still use the unit to this day (7 years later) for my lawn roller, leaf collector, dump cart, salt spreader, and a sulky. I walked in and told them the deal to be surprised with top notch customer service- not to mention a natural behind the scenes look at their whole process! Which is a well oiled machine! Huge set of resources with a magnitude of people for each job. I was impressed by retail floor / availability of crew for greeting and with the behind the scenes crew.
