My wheelchair needs to be lemon lawed before I end up getting hurt because of this wheelchair…read more Here's why: 1) I've had a lot of technical difficulties where my wheelchair errors and then just powers down, twice while I was crossing the street and was almost hit. Then there was a glitch where joystick out of center came up about 20 times when I was stopped and not touching it. It updated and powered off well I was using it. 2) The chair itself is unsafe the company has sent people out to fix it multiple times * because the side pieces that hold me up are constantly falling off * the right arm is going to fall off * the joystick had to be replaced * and more they don't believe in paperwork (showing there were repairs) so I couldn't lemon law my wheelchair. When I first got the chair the seat cover ripped right at the seams which is covered by warranty but my insurance still payed for a new one. Now I'm waiting on knew motors on a 1 year old chair. The batteries needed to be replaced at 6 months, and aren't working correctly now.

I can't thank Bob Tink and Wesley Elevator enough. I highly recommend him and his company!…read moreHere's why: Last month I was back home visiting my Mom and Step Dad. They are both in their 80's and I have been concerned that the stairs in their home are becoming more and more difficult for them to manage. I tried to talk them into downsizing to a ranch home, but realized that the ordeal of selling their home and then buying a ranch, the then moving and upending of their lives would be more traumatic than struggling up the stairs. On to plan B. I started researching Stair Lifts and Wesley Elevator kept coming up on my search. I had no idea how much one of these things would cost, but saw that Bob did free estimates, so I thought "I have nothing to lose". I sent them a request for a free estimate on the website and received a phone call later that evening. We set up for Bob (the owner) to come to my parents' house in Lockport next day. Bob was on time, courteous, professional and most important, patient with all our questions (We had a lot of questions). -How is it installed? It is bolted to the stairs, not the walls -How is it powered? It runs on DC, so it has a battery that is on a trickle charge. This way if the power goes out, you are NOT stuck on the stairs. It is simply plugged into a wall socket. - What if someone rides it upstairs, how does the person downstairs get it back down? There are two remotes that are at the top and the bottom of the stairs to call the chair up or down. How Much? (The Big Question!) For our straight stairs it was under $3,000 installed and NO TAX! There was never any pressure in the 35-40 minutes Bob was there. After Bob left we discussed the pros and cons...Mom was worried about looking "Old" having a stair lift...but luckily she was convinced that a broken hip would make her look older, so the pro's outweighed the cons and we called Bob. He set up an appointment for that Saturday and installation took less than 2 1/2 hours! He took the time to make sure my Mom and Step Dad knew how to operate it...its really easy... and they are now riding in style! What I love about this entire experience it that it was easy and now my Mom and Step-Dad can enjoy their ENTIRE home and don't have to move! Mom has said "it's actually fun to ride! It's like having an amusement park in my home"! Bob is trustworthy, dependable and really nice. I whole heartedly recommend him and Wesley Elevator!

I am still amazed that I got a 2007 Honda Odyssey VMI adapted van, with only 16,000 miles on it, purchased, added remote start and trucked to Texas all for under under $30,000. I am certain that virtually every other dealership would've been asking at least $32,000. just for the van. I was fortunate enough to have somebody local available to inspect it, and salesman Don Dohse even put it up on the lift so he could check the underside, I made my purchase with no qualms. While the price is great, getting such superb customer service, from deposit, through paperwork to getting it transported, really made the entire experience wonderful and stress-free!
