Everything from ordering to paying to delivery couldn't have been better! They are wonderful! Will definitely use them from now on!!!

Delivery service a great value. Up until now I had to run to dispense point. This is really neat.

Ether not only has a slick name and location, but they also seem to be the only dispensary in the general vicinity that carry the Turn product line, which to me is beyond understandable, but that's not the focus here. Ether is such a nice group of people, they will make sure that you have the proper battery for the vape cart that you purchase so that you don't accidentally end up with a product you can't use because you didn't read properly, and more than likely will blame anyone else but yourself for. That is the smartest proactive approach to thwart off all of you 1 star cry babies out there i've seen by a dispensary. It goes to show you they aren't looking to BS and go through drama, they just want you to get your product and be happy, so let them do it and check them out. They deliver too! read more

Wonderful place and has taken my business from a competitor for its EXCELLENCE in customer service, as well as its clear and clean layout. Let me first say, I am not a "smoker". I have a very particular brand and type of gummie I use on occasion to specifically shut my brain off and put me to sleep fast. I don't like to "feel" anything different than myself; I simply want a nice moment of turning off my thoughts before bed, and then getting a really good night of sleep. Not even prescription medication achieves this for me. I ended up here because the usual place I go, as well as other locations that are closer to me, close early. And I haven't been able to fall asleep at a decent hour in a while. So I drove a little further to this place which was open until 10pm. Upon entering, it is a nice place. I found it aesthetically pleasing how brightly lit it was, as well as being clean and organized. The gentleman that helped me was really knowledgeable and helped me a lot! Although this store carried the gummy (pillow talk), and other products of the brand (aryloom), they were out of stock of the pillow talk at the moment and this is where he really took his time to get to know me as a client and what I was looking for, and showing me many different options. In addition, he introduced me to tinctures, which were not something I had heard of regarding these products. Again, he spent his time describing each one, how they work, and what would work best for me, etc. I also appreciated that he was up front about prices. No secrets here. Just honest representation. He also allowed me to feel comfortable asking questions. Sometimes I have felt out of place at the other business I went to. I've bought pillow talk on the other stores website to pick up in person that had dishonest price- to-product (paid for one amount, got half the amount). I have felt "out of place" or not as important because I'm not a smoker. I did not feel this way AT ALL at Ether. They carried so many products for non-smokers. And to treat specific ailments. I felt the man who helped me understood me as a customer and I will be giving them my business going forward. Also, there was another woman working who greeted me on the way out as well ... again, wonderful customer service. There is also a rewards program, and I signed up for this using my phone number, but I don't have any further information regarding its benefits. read more

Terrible customer service when I came in today with my friend who has trouble speaking English. when being helped by the employee know as Alex, she gave me a nasty attitude and made snarky remarks. I would've appreciated helpful feedback instead of her trying to belittle me. This is the last thing you expect walking into a dispensary. Not to mention previous purchases from this dispensary have left me disappointed. Like the 1g dispos were leaking and it was more than one. You'd think when coming to a dispensary in a nice area that you're gonna get quality especially with the prices. not to mention when I had asked a question about the prices Alex misunderstood but instead of asking me to rephrase, she decided to say something along the lines of "would you say I'm trying to upsell you now, I already showed you what was on clearance". in conclusion, Alex s disrespecting me and my friend today really ruined my experience and overall I don't think I will be returning to this dispensary anytime soon because the prices are very high and the quality does not match. read more

Love the service. Great prices. Love the rewards and I can use my senior discount everyday

Small Store. Hard to find. Pushy on selling you what they want to sell you. Not very knowledgeable about strains, terpenes, etc.

Awesome experience and a large variety to choose from! Lizzie & Cody provided an awesome experience. Will be back soon
