They answered everything I asked, and I wasn't waiting around to be helped, I was approached right away and the man was helpful in guiding me down the rabbit hole of product choice since I can't make a decision when it comes to cannabis, even if my life depended on it. The prices are not for the feint of heart. I don't blame Dank for the prices, speculation isn't fair. I will say that $75 for a disposable vape pen does automatically hold a decent expectation level that I feel it didn't reach. First the pen was defective. I informed Dank and they were awesome about replacing it. I went in the next day and they replaced it and gave me a free Dank T-shirt. (Thanks again Dank!) The experience vaping the pen wasn't great, it tasted like a weird licorice, which wasn't pleasant. The potency was solid, but overall $75 was a price I'd never pay again and only reason I did was because I wanted to give it a chance. The wax was also priced high (no pun intended) and the wax was also watery like concentrate almost in a vape pen. It tasted good, but the potency was lacking. The flower was solid. It was grown and cured perfectly. The price was about on par with other places. (This is taxed though keep that in mind) Dank is finding their groove and will hopefully figure everything out as they go. It's a learning process and I have confidence in them to keep improving and continuing to genuinely care for their customers. In a sea of head shops make shifting into knock off china product dispensaries, Dank is regulated and that's one value that, sadly is required here in New York.
