During that entire time, I had never returned a single item or had any issue with a product. I have had 2 interactions with this "Manager" named SADIA. When the previous manager or staff that was actually friendly and was knowledgeable about products were there, I was specifically told that if I ever had a problem with a product, returning it would never be an issue. Unfortunately, when I finally needed assistance with a defective marijuana cart, my experience was completely different. The cart was not working, so I brought it back to the store. The manager took the unused full cartridge from me and brought it back with her into the back room. I was not given a refund or a replacement cartridge. Instead, I was given a bright green battery/base that she had me test me non-working cartridge with even though I did not need or ask for one. I asked the cashier where my cart was and she said she didn't know. So not only did I have to buy a new one, I didn't even get the full non-working one back. I was already running behind and didn't have time to wait so I just left. A few days later, when I was able to return to the store, I spoke with the same manager again. She refused to acknowledge that I had even been there earlier that week and would not provide a refund or replace the cartridge. I ultimately had no choice but to spend additional money and purchase another cartridge. As someone who had supported this location for a long time and had never attempted to return anything before, I found the way this situation was handled extremely disappointing. The manager took possession of my defective cartridge, but the issue was never resolved. Being treated like crap and having such a terrible attitude over something so small, and to act as though my previous visit never happened, and then being expected to purchase another cartridge, was unacceptable!! Based on this experience, I WILL NOT be returning to this location. In my opinion, the customer service and overall experience at this store have gone significantly downhill. I will also be sharing my experience with friends, family, and others I know so they can make an informed decision before choosing to shop here. I will be posting reviews on many platforms so that people are aware and don't continue to support this dispensary. This was a very disappointing experience from a business I had supported since it opened.

We tried Best Budz for the first time today. I've heard good things and have driven past a million…read moretimes, but we have our regular place that we frequent. I was in the market for an ounce of flower with a decent THC percentage. I use it to make cannabutter for edibles, so I care most about percentage in relation to price. I found the best bang for my buck at Best Budz was the Chopped Cheese (The Plug Pack) at 28% for $100 an ounce (tax included). I don't hear excellent things about its smokability, but that doesn't make a difference for what I'm using it for. They have several different ounces for $100. We also got an eighth of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. High's Hard Candy, a 28% at $30, including tax. It's decent enough for the price...no complaints. Also! They had ice water pressed hash for very reasonable prices. A couple at $30 a gram and then the one we picked, which was $40 a gram at 56%. I don't think hash is as popular as it used to be, considering all the concentrates they offer these days, but we enjoy it sprinkled over a bowl to amp things up a little. Because of how we consume cannabis, I love that Best Budz has detailed descriptions and percentages listed in their online shop. They also accept Dutchie Pay, which is convenient and there are no fees. My husband picked up our order and the women behind the counter were very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
