I won't shop here again. I stopped here their grand opening weekend. Bought a half Oz of live flower supplier java sprouts strain: mendo breath. The flower passed the eye test however they did not let me smell the product prior to buying. So I spent $100+ on old flower. And the only way to tell it was old was by buying it. Looked light green. Felt like styrofoam breaking apart into dust. The budtender was not knowledgeable on products like their THC sleeping pills I purchased as well... all in all.. if you're a beginner with money to throw away, you've found a decent location in Kenmore. If you're a seasoned user like I am for medicinal purposes, there are much better options in WNY that will come to your door for much less of a price. read more

I live right down the street so Im literally walking distance. I have an account with them also, I had lost my ID recently but was informed that because of previous purchases my Identification was already in this system and all I had to do was show them a picture of it. I had went Monday to shop and then came back on Thursday. Went I walked in the vibe was already off it was cold outside and I had a hoodie on, but I am also a black male with tattoos. They immediately ALL came to the front when i walked in (usually doesn't happen). I asked one of the workers about a flavor I had got on Monday , and was rudely interrupted and was told "let's start with an ID." I immediately felt judged off appearance as if I wasn't qualified to buy whatever the fuck I wanted to. I let them know I was already in the system and didn't have a physical copy yet, but 2 different pictures of 2 different IDs (front and back)and was told it's NY state law that they scan it. I ended up getting my sister out the car to use hers. So once they scanned it I was trying to see to remember what flavor I had gotten. I asked one of the staff to show me, I am legally blind so I asked to see the container to read it, and she pulled back and told me I couldn't touch it because it was state law. I walked straight out that racist ass store. So then my sister gets her friend (who is white) to go in to test the shit we already knew....they literally didn't scan her ID and handed her the weed to let her look at it. She didn't even buy shit. I've spent a lot of money at this dispensary. Never Again. read more
