This 4/20 weekend they have 50% off of the entire store which is an amazing deal and great time to stock up! My favorite brand is Ayrloom and their Pillow Talk gummies put me to sleep, while their Rest vape will allow me a short window to shut my mind off so I can focus on watching a tv show or movie for a short while before it also puts me to sleep. I use the products to unwind at night and go to bed occasionally and they are beyond anything a doctor has ever prescribed. Ayrloom is at the party with giveaways, including uninfused drinks so that you can pick a flavor profile you like before purchasing the infused version. I grabbed the honey crisp which is nice and sweet like a yummy apple juice. I also got a cool trucker hat! Rove is also at the party ... they've been in business for 10 years out of California and working on getting their name expanded out here. Their product is very very very potent so it's great for those who partake a lot and have a higher tolerance (unlike me lol). Also at the party they had many other vendors with THC products and accessories but also artists with other nice products. Aside from the party, Herbal IQ staff is always friendly and eager to help. They also have online ordering for pick up or delivery. The store is nice and clean and a place I can trust.

Ether is such a nice group of people, they will make sure that you have the proper battery for the vape cart that you purchase so that you don't accidentally end up with a product you can't use because you didn't read properly, and more than likely will blame anyone else but yourself for. That is the smartest proactive approach to thwart off all of you 1 star cry babies out there i've seen by a dispensary. It goes to show you they aren't looking to BS and go through drama, they just want you to get your product and be happy, so let them do it and check them out. They deliver too!

Wonderful place and has taken my business from a competitor for its EXCELLENCE in customer service,…read moreas well as its clear and clean layout. Let me first say, I am not a "smoker". I have a very particular brand and type of gummie I use on occasion to specifically shut my brain off and put me to sleep fast. I don't like to "feel" anything different than myself; I simply want a nice moment of turning off my thoughts before bed, and then getting a really good night of sleep. Not even prescription medication achieves this for me. I ended up here because the usual place I go, as well as other locations that are closer to me, close early. And I haven't been able to fall asleep at a decent hour in a while. So I drove a little further to this place which was open until 10pm. Upon entering, it is a nice place. I found it aesthetically pleasing how brightly lit it was, as well as being clean and organized. The gentleman that helped me was really knowledgeable and helped me a lot! Although this store carried the gummy (pillow talk), and other products of the brand (aryloom), they were out of stock of the pillow talk at the moment and this is where he really took his time to get to know me as a client and what I was looking for, and showing me many different options. In addition, he introduced me to tinctures, which were not something I had heard of regarding these products. Again, he spent his time describing each one, how they work, and what would work best for me, etc. I also appreciated that he was up front about prices. No secrets here. Just honest representation. He also allowed me to feel comfortable asking questions. Sometimes I have felt out of place at the other business I went to. I've bought pillow talk on the other stores website to pick up in person that had dishonest price- to-product (paid for one amount, got half the amount). I have felt "out of place" or not as important because I'm not a smoker. I did not feel this way AT ALL at Ether. They carried so many products for non-smokers. And to treat specific ailments. I felt the man who helped me understood me as a customer and I will be giving them my business going forward. Also, there was another woman working who greeted me on the way out as well ... again, wonderful customer service. There is also a rewards program, and I signed up for this using my phone number, but I don't have any further information regarding its benefits.

It's an overall good option for it being the only option for medical cannabis. The one thing you should stay away from is their flower. Cam, matter, pc nursery and livwell are ALWAYS seeded. Other brands like rhythm/binske are okay sometimes, but still have this problem time to time. More than half of the flower I've bought has been seeded. This is EXTREMELY unhealthy to smoke. I was allowed to exchange a seeded OZ one time. But after that they told me "I already helped you one time" and refused to exchange flower that was un-smokable due to seeds. If your someone who doesn't care what they smoke and want the cheapest flower they can get, then this is your place. But if you care about what you put into your body, I would be wary of the flower here. The vapes are incredible, they are pricey but are worth it due to how long they last. Almost every other product is amazing, just stay away from the flower.

It was after a Bills game so I also got my free preroll with my order. Didn't think anything of it and left. I'm basically a nightcap smoker, so a strong pre roll lasts me some days. When I went to open what I thought were the pre rolls, there was a resin catridge instead. I didn't know what that was at the time, so I returned to the store. I explained what happened and they told me it was a cartridge and required a battery to be useable. They never acknowledged that I was sold the wrong product, just said it cost $10 for the battery. Begrudgingly I bought the battery because I had already opened the package but when he rang up the battery, it came to $15. i was already annoyed so I didn't say anything, just handed over the $20 bill, got my change and left. It really would have been nice it the mistake was acknowledged and maybe even if the battery was comped. Idk...it may not stop me from patronizing the business, and it's conveniently located to my house. I guess I just appreciate good old fashioned customer service.
