Herbal IQ was the first dispensary I ever went to and although I have visited a couple of others I always come back here! This 4/20 weekend they have 50% off of the entire store which is an amazing deal and great time to stock up! My favorite brand is Ayrloom and their Pillow Talk gummies put me to sleep, while their Rest vape will allow me a short window to shut my mind off so I can focus on watching a tv show or movie for a short while before it also puts me to sleep. I use the products to unwind at night and go to bed occasionally and they are beyond anything a doctor has ever prescribed. Ayrloom is at the party with giveaways, including uninfused drinks so that you can pick a flavor profile you like before purchasing the infused version. I grabbed the honey crisp which is nice and sweet like a yummy apple juice. I also got a cool trucker hat! Rove is also at the party ... they've been in business for 10 years out of California and working on getting their name expanded out here. Their product is very very very potent so it's great for those who partake a lot and have a higher tolerance (unlike me lol). Also at the party they had many other vendors with THC products and accessories but also artists with other nice products. Aside from the party, Herbal IQ staff is always friendly and eager to help. This place is SEVERLY overpriced. Like insane... The quality of the product is also crap. I bought edibles - 2 for $50... they were garbage and were allegedly live resin. On top of all this - they state that you can use your debit card there for purchases but they say NOTHING about them running it as an ATM... i got hit with DOUBLE charges for my ATM card which they do NOT make you aware of. I believe law states that you must present customers with all charges accrued on purchases... Super shady. Budtenders could also not be more flaky. They have next to no knowledge about the products and do not recommend based on what the customer asks for. The variety is also EXTREMELY small. I honestly am not sure how this place even gets any business with the setup they have going on. Do not recommend. read more

The place and vibe is very big and open but the prices were very high. We didn't end up buying anything. The variety is not as good as the other store either. read more

I do not recommend Spacebuds Moonrocks by Veterns Choice Creations [blueberry muffin].. unless you want your buds to taste like fake purple vape. I buy bud for the flavor of WEED, not artificial blueberry flavoring. Also, this shop rounds up on your order if you use card. Due to an "atm fee", which sounds like bs. I went into the store, not knowing too much. In search of something to help me sleep. Step up to the counter, not a lot of conversation took place, a bag of gummies comes out at 30.00 for ten of them. Wanted another product said they were out, tried calling voice mail full. Stopped in three weeks later that item still not in. Appeared as though the counter person had no knowledge of what I was looking for. Took my phone number no call four weeks later. I cannot speak on the prices, would like to compare stores, but at present this is the only one. Not sure if I will return to this location. Not impressed. read more

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They have a variety of products and will make suggestions based on what you're looking for. Don't worry if you don't have a lot of knowledge about cannabis products, the staff have all been very helpful on the several occasions I've visited. One note: when I was there you could only pay cash and they have an atm but it charges you a fee for withdrawing. So bring cash, just in case. read more

Service and everything is great, but not happy with the quality of the flower. Maybe its due to the ineptitude of NYS, but I've been there 3 or 4 times so far and the buds are dry, stemmy, flavorless and not very potent. I was severely overcharged and when I spoke to Brad about it, I was finally given a refund via Venmo hours later but when I inquired as to why I was charged $64 too much and I only purchased two products, the answer was "I don't know" This was extremely unprofessional seeing as they obviously know or they wouldn't have given me my money back. Okay so i went on the first day. 1. my pic was posted in the pics on here, i do not appreciate that. 2. the weed is crap. I smoke premium marajuana and trust me this is not it. I also purchased one of those $80.00 prerolls. The owner commented on here that they dont sell any $80.00 prerolls, so does that mean your staff are cheating the customers, or are you the owner just shady and lying to the people. I have your price list and it clearly say $79.10 for prerolls. You are also cheating people on the taxes as well. Cant wait till more stores are available. i will not shop with you anymore. i spent $250 total. I don't mind paying for what i want, but your stuff is clearly not it! Your gummies are 100mg, most other decent stores offer gummies that are 750mg. Lastly, why spend so much money on fancy jars, not needed, rather than cheaper containers and pass that saving onto the customers? Your store has a lot to learn about this business.
