Even when they don't "hold" it they take about 48-72 hours to refill prescriptions. Truly inconvenient. I don't need to have my Dr. filled medications held creating inconveniences and requiring special trips. They also do not communicate to let you know, their text system is down, and their website does a poor job of managing. After I pick up my script I'm moving on.

It being "back to school season" the store was very busy. I spent quite some time looking for sunscreen. I had walked all the area aisles 5 times looking. Finally I realized I wasn't going to find it on my own, so went to the counter for aide. There were 4 people filing prescriptions and one man on line. Presumably his order was being filled as no one went to help him. Finally someone went to the drop off window and I popped over there to ask my question. She finished what she was doing and acknowledged me. After some thought she pointed me to exactly the right spot. Which was a small selection of sunscreen options. 3 stars for this chain pharmacy. I will point out there didn't seem to be much interest in the customers waiting on line. Easy parking.
