Why not add a person to help with phone calls and the pick up window which is also slow. I have gotten in the car and drove over still on hold, this is unacceptable service and I will be transferring my scripts. I could understand if it was once in a while or during certain busy hours, but this is all day long, no matter what day. Who has 40 plus minutes to sit on hold and wait to only get redirected and have to leave a message on their voice mail anyways. He gave me the option to try another location or sign up for the care pass and have it mailed for free. He explained many of the benefits of the care pass, as well as my option to cancel if I don't need it once my trial is ending. The carepass came with a $10 reward for signing up so I browsed half of the store. They had more things than my local CVS and it was very clean/organized. With my $10 coupon and some other promotions, I spent less than $2 and got 8 packs of floss and 150 pack of floss picks that my son prefers to use. Rob was so friendly and helpful/knowledgeable and the store was so nice I was surprised to come here and see the low overall rating. It was a great shopping experience in my book!

Staff did not know and called on his intercom. The answer was yes and he sent me to the aisle. I found a few different kits that would be successful. I bought one and was on my way. Parking lot outside. The kit worked out fine. Ten needles are already threaded with various colors.

Today I went to see if it came in (I really need this med because I've been puking the last couple days without it) and I was waiting at the window in the drive thru and I heard the pharmacist tell the employee I was taking to, to "move me along I was was taking up to much time" so I replied that I had been there everyday for the last 6 days to get my medication. Every time I've come this same pharmacist has given me a hard time. I called in 2 of my medications 5 days ago and it still took an hour for them to get my meds and the 1 bottle was supposed to be a 90 day and I only got 15 pills, they had 5 days to have it ready and they called me to let me know it was ready for pickup.

I'm mostly here to buy either cream cheese or butter which we end up bringing back home to Canada because it's so much cheaper to buy here. The last time we were at Tops (yesterday) their brand of butter (salted or unsalted) was on sale for 80 cents off making a pound 2.49 each. Their butter comes quartered in sticks already as well which is really convenient for my wife that uses it exclusively to bake. I like using the self check out. I don't have a club card because I don't live there but the attendant will enter a code for you if you don't have one so you don't miss out on the club savings.
