After I informed them I already paid my co-pay, I was then told that my equipment was on a rent to own contract and I would have to pay $40 per month for 10 months. Imagine my surprise, because 5 months after I received my equipment, I was told that I was on a rent to own contract. I was never told anything about this arrangement until 5 MONTHS AFTER I RECEIVED THE EQUIPMENT! I scoured my paperwork and couldn't find any thing that indicated these terms. I then called the office again and a rather rude person told me that this was my problem because as a consumer I should be aware of things like this. Funny, as a business and as a provider, I would have thought that you would be required to tell me exactly what the arrangements are instead of sliding them in after I have been using the equipment for 5 months. I asked her to please send me the paperwork that indicates this arrangement and what I received was the paperwork that I already had that said nothing about a rent to own arrangement. They did send a representative to my house with my equipment when I initially contracted with them for it and he was OK but not really super helpful ( beside the fact that he never mentioned a rent to own arrangement)

Karen was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped me find a completely different brace which happened to be over-the-counter. And economical in price. Lucky me! I found much relief with this simple pull on knee brace. I've been using it since I left the store couple days ago. It has reduced my pain level and dysfunction.
