My family and I have been coming here for years, mostly due to the care Dr Del Prince gives to her patients. Today when we checked the receptionist had no mask on, nor did she put it on the entire time we waited to be brought back. I had originally assumed she was going to take a sip of water but she checked in numerous patients without one on, touching their insurance cards and her face without care. I spoke to Sarah the office manager and while I was telling her what happened the receptionist still had no mask and was continuing to check in patients. I explained that my mother in law was having radiation treatments and I myself was having major surgery next week so I was trying to be cautious. I assumed that a doctors office would also be cautious and thinking of their patient's health & safety. Sarah's total lack of disregard for patients coming in that may be immunocompromised or having someone in their household that may have a weakened immune system was extremely disappointing. I would recommend going elsewhere for eye care, one that prioritizes patients safety and concerns. read more

I love this optometric group. I've been coming here for almost 14 years for eye exams and glasses. I was here today for a very quick eye exam so I can renew my enhanced license online. One of the workers was very kind and helped me. She was efficient and clearly told me about the process. Over the years, I've seen Dr. Amy Suda, Dr. Keith DelPrince, and Dr. Katie DelPrince. The three of them are great at their jobs and good at explaining things throughout the course of the eye exam. My last appointment was with Katie 2.5 years ago and I have an appointment with her in early November. Their receptionist staff and optician department are great too. Both departments are helpful, kind, and have great customer-service skills. The receptionists help with placing appointments and looking up my insurance information. They have large plexiglass across and over their desks. I didn't need to see them today for my quick appointment. The woman helping me with my eye exam was waiting at the door and led me right to a room. (Masks are required inside this business currently.) I can't wait to return in November. read more

These people are great. I live in Florida but broke my glasses while visiting and East Aurora. I was leaving on a trip the next day. They were able to find frames that fit my lenses. They spent lots of time with us and helped me out. My husband got glasses there. It was the first time he Was able to get glasses without having to sit in the back for an adjustment... very happy he loves his glasses read more

I love Aurora Optimetrics. This is where I got my first pair of glasses and was taught how to put in my first set of contacts. The receptionists are always extremely friendly as I check in as well as on my way out. Dr. Clancy is the best. He always makes sure to explain everything to me in great detail and answers any questions I have. Have been a patient of Dr. Keith DelPrince for many years, after seeing a number of optometrists. He is very knowledgeable, nice and always in a good mood! I have an eye problem that he pays special attention to and always checks my eyes very thoroughly. I was not able to see him a few months ago when I had a problem and I saw his daughter, Dr. Katie DelPrince, and she is just like her dad. She paid very close attention to my issue and actually sent me to a specialist and then back to follow up with Dr. Keith. Dr. Suda is the nicest doctor and really takes her time with you as a patient and you don't feel rushed like they are just trying to get you in and out .
