Nonetheless, I leave and am not frustrated at the staff not their fault. I call my insurance and they are confused to what the problem is. Great, cool, so I call the store and ask for them to run my insurance again. The individual says "how am I supposed to do that" my response was... "well, when I was there you were able to look it up". She proceeds to tell me that other companies accept my insurance and she doesn't know what I would like her to do for me.

So, being able to hop on Target's website to schedule an appointment same-day that worked for my husband's varying work schedule was painless and convenient. I called them because they were in network and I had a bad experience with my local optician. I just needed a contact exam in the near future so I called to get some information and was helped by Matthew, he was able to find my insurance information and then told me exactly what my fees would be, this was with me not even asking. At that point it was a fact finding call and I said I'd call back tomorrow if I needed an appointment. He said no problem and he would share my info with his coworker Dave so I didn't have to go through it again. The next day I did speak to Dave, who was already downloaded from Matthew. He got me set up with an appointment right away. A few days later I was contacted by Susie to confirm my appointment. She also checked my insurance and made sure I understood what the appointment fees would be for the day so there wouldn't be any surprises. Wow! In a world of substandard medical care and snarky receptionists it was a wonderful experience to feel like I was being helped and given transparent information to navigate my insurance plan. The actual appointment was great. The office was clean and had cute glasses. The doctor was nice, helpful and the appointment was on time. I highly recommend this office due to the people who work here. They all deserve a raise. I hope that Target knows what good employees they have here. I am happy to be a new patient.
