I'm not absolutely certain how I started going there, perhaps convenience, but when I started to need help with reading there is where I went. After so many years the service has never once wavered. If I was dealing with Dave and learning about contact lenses, he was patient and helped me every step of the way until I found the ones that worked best for me. Dan is the consummate professional, and never forgets names, faces or to ask how the rest of the family are doing. Dawn is my personal fashion and design assistant. She knows what works for me and what my style esthetic is. But she also will pull things that are out of the box that I will love but may not have noticed on my own. And what's so important is that she knows what I don't like on my face, anything that's too small. She's honest enough to tell me when I try a frame that I like but it's not the right size for my face, rather than letting me buy something that reflects badly on me and then on the business as well, she will tell me "that's to small of a frame" and I am very grateful regardless of how much I may like the frame. Got my husbands contacts in December and the entire prescription was wrong. They told us they were going to call insurance and blamed them. We called insurance, they never called, and they ordered the wrong prescription. They refuse to got thru the insurance to resolve this, when all they need to do is fill out a form that was faxed to them. My glasses are definitely wrong as well, but I will go elsewhere to get them fixed. When we stopped in to try to get this resolved all they did was yell at us and tell our insurance company off, whom we had on the phone. Here it is mid January and still no proper contact. Feel free to go if you want mistakes and hostility.
