You will never feel rushed, never feel like you are part of an assembly line, you know you have found THAT ONE PLACE that still provides excellent service, excellent medical attention, and a wide variety of fashionable eyewear. Three months ago they didn't try to sell me new eyewear, as it wasn't truly necessary. Other vision providers may have done so. Recently I was back at DRO with a tear to the outer layer of my eye. Dr. Snyder had a script ready for me by the time I reached my pharmacy. Within hours my pain was gone. 24 hours later and I'm typing this and again so happy with DRO. Mind you, I've been wearing glasses for over 40 years and have had many different eye doctors in the past. In my years of experience, Dr. Snyder is #1.

He said he was going to start charging me every time I came in and was very frustrated with me loudly in front of one of his staff! I left his practice and went to a great patient doctor that helped me to discover that I simply was flipping one of my contacts inside out at times and this is why it was blurry. I felt like he thought I was stupid, lying and annoying. He offered No guidance or support. He actually said I may not be a good candidate for contacts! I would never recommend him but the office and staff is nice and nice glasses selection. I now wear contacts daily and pop them in quickly thanks to the other doctor that cares enough to listen and help.

While I was there, I asked the woman assisting me if she could adjust my frames because they were very loose. She seemed reluctant and said that adjusting them might affect my vision. Are you serious? That explanation is ridiculous. I have had my frames adjusted many times in the past so they fit properly, and it has never affected my vision before. Please educate her!!

This Visionworks location is still trying to do a scam BOGO offer that costs the price of both…read morepairs of glasses that you're supposed to get for "free". When you refuse the offer they throw on an unadvertised "40% off" which still leaves the cost of the frames/lenses at the price it would cost anywhere else. They're inflating the price of the glasses to make the discount seem generous. They told me it was because I didn't have insurance but then that just means they're inflating the price for insurance costs. Visionworks was sued and settled a class action lawsuit for $4.2 Million in 2017 for a scam BOGO offer with the same exact details as listed above.

Decent selection of glasses to choose from and the staff helping with your glasses were also kind and patient. I got an email a week after my appointment that said they were ready and I was able to walk in, have them fitted, and leave within 5-10 minutes. The only downside to my experience was the wait to start the eye exam. I think I was in the waiting room for about 20 mins before i was brought back. It was busy at 12:30 on a Thursday. Maybe it was just a fluke thing during spring break?

Every year, when I get my eyes checked, their wonderful doctors and personnel, examine me and let me know the status and condition that they are in. Recently, I had to see them to have my glasses fixed. Michael was very helpful and professional in helping. After a few minutes my glasses were fixed. Thanks Michael, for a job well done.

Every other clinic or Dr. lens I've been to over the years flips so fast I could barely get the words "better" or "worse" out before the next lense flipped. Also, Michael is an awesome optician. He doesn't just say what looks nice on you but measures the frames to ensure the right on the nose, side of face, and behind ears. The best part is he can pick good looking frame styles for people who need thick lenses. Some shapes in the proper size reduce the thickness of lenses which look better and not as heavy.
