Everything. Customer service is appalling. Lack of empathy for family members left to navigate bills after the passing of a loved one is non-existent. Billing department is in a foreign country. Awful. Horrible. Find another provider. read more

If you are in need of home care/medical devices - PLEASE do yourself a favor and check out another company - preferably one that is locally owned and operated. Lincare is perhaps one of the biggest suppliers, but is one of the worst I've ever had to deal with. If you live in Northern Chautauqua County let me suggest The Care Center. I should have known better then to end up with this Home Care when I had such a hard time getting in touch with a respiratory therapist at Lincare. With little time to get everything set up with my CPAP it took countless phone calls to Lincare before I was actually contacted by one of their Respiratory Therapists and a home appointment was finally set up - days before I ran out of time (I travel a lot and was going to be back on the road - it took 5 days to get to the right person). Once the appointment was set up I THOUGHT things would start going smoothly. However, my thoughts were incorrect. My calls once again for help went unanswered and promises for returned calls were never answered again. I was forced into contacting a local Home Care/Medical Device company. Also - Lincare had me paying 50% of the costs associated with the CPAP and the on-going supplies. Once I contacted the local company - I found out my insurance covered the CPAP and supplies at 100%. I find Lincare to be completely unprofessional - dishonest and too large of a company to really care about the needs of their clients! I urge everyone to seek help from another company and save yourself time, money and a lot of frustrations. The only reason this place is getting any star is because I cannot rate it without giving it at least one star - but again - I wouldn't go to them again for anything! read more

I have been trying to contact Lincare Orchard Park for weeks trying to get new CPAP equipment. I've left messages,voicemail and finally was able to reach a real voice whose attitude told me she really didn't give a rat's ass. She took my name and number and told me someone would contact me..well..nobody bothered to call me back. Friends and others have told me that Lincare sucks..I guess they do.I have other choices .My first complaint will go to the BBB, and,I do have a voice. read more

Terrible, terrible service! Both for my father as well as multiple patient's within the Medical Doctor's office I work for. Calls are never returned within a timely fashion, if at all for both CPAP equipment as well as regular O2. I would say to steer clear of this company at all costs!!! I live about 20 minute drive from Lincare in Orchard Park NY. If I have a question it is far easier to drive there and walk in with my question than to phone them. Their phones are a nightmare. Their default is to put you on hold for------ever. Then another machine answers, or a person from Central Florida who demands your private information. It is easier to contact the CIA than Lincare. I swear they do not want your business. They make it very difficult to do business. Any other provider would probably be better. read more

I am an oxygen patient. I have now left 2 messages. One with a live person and one on a machine. I need new cannulas and a new charger for my portable oxygen concentrator. Kind of important don't you think? Been over two weeks and no call back. They were very good a couple years ago when I switched to them. They immediately called and delivered what you needed. Can't tell you enough how exasperating this service is since Lincare took it over a couple of years ago, and getting INR (blood clotting supplies) on time are. Customer service terrible, they think nothing of putting the customer on hold for up to half an hour. Next to impossible to get someone live who can do anything. Never a call-back. They act like they are making you a gift of their product when it is fully covered by insurance. To top off their bad service, they had a recall last year of all INR strips. I had to discard all supplies that I had. Never got a replacement supply. Meanwhile getting calls daily from Lincare that I needed to report my INR. I finally received the next month's supply of strips, but code chip was missing from the box which arrived smashed and in terrible condition. As a result of spotty and improper monitoring, had major GI bleed and was in hospital for a month, now trying to get deliveries of strips resumed. This is Central New York area. Thinking seriously of going to back to doing lab draws, at least they were dependable. No one should have to go through this. Complained to the doctor's office (CNY Cardiology) but they don't seem to be able to recommend another provider. read more

i recently dealt with lincare of orchard park. first of all my oxygen machine hasn't been serviced in years. six months ago i called and the woman i spoke to said she had no record of me in their system but would send someone the next morning, . no one ever showed. a couple months ago my cancer doctor sent in another request. they had me do a study and now refuse to give me the results which is a violation of nys health law. i'm searching for another place to get this equipment. ive had cancer twice and maybe a third time and dont need to be hassled by them. read more

They are terrible at customer service. When I got my CPAP I went to them for my initial fitting and equipment. For two years we struggled with their poor service and billing issues. We recently switched to a different provider and wish we had done it much sooner. read more
