I highly recommend Dave Hebert in the Rochester office. As a person in a wheelchair himself, Dave really knows his stuff! I had started the process of ordering a custom power chair last year with them, ad had to drop the whole thing because of the portion I'd still have to pay. Dave met with me and my physical therapist, and discussed with me that the original order had a feature added that I'd never use, so we eliminated it, reducing my out of pocket cost considerably. He was also able to connect me with an organization that can provide me with funding for my balance due. Dave is a real asset to his field!!

He is a very big shoe size, so we wanted to make sure they had it before we drove there. We called and they said they did. We got there and got my husband inside, they took awhile running our insurance, only to tell us they didn't have his size! Really?? They got it from their west side location for us and had it delivered there the next day, but they could have done that on the phone and saved both him and I a lot of time and effort, and him from limping in there in pain. As far as the boot, it is more expensive than the ones you can find on Amazon, etc. I don't actually know if it's better as I don't have any experience with others. However, strapping the boot is not at all user friendly. The hooks to feed the velcro through fold into the boot all the time. It's hard for me to put it on him, much less if he tries to do it himself. I don't think this is the fault of the store, but it definitely could be designed better.

Everything is geared to rip off the insurance companies but if you didn't have insurance you'd end up in the poor house. Of course, if you didn't have insurance, you probably were already in the poor house.

The last one that I bought Kelly didn't seem to know a lot about it! while she is show me how to use it she was having a hard time raising & lowering the tiller. She said because it is new it will b easier over time to operate using the tiller. Then I told her it should come with a bottle holder. Kelly said that it doesn't come with one. I even showed her the 2 screws that were sticking out of the tiller were the bottle holder would go. I also asked her about ordering a basket 4 the front. She said there is no baskets 4 this scooter. #one I finally after calling the manufacturer convinced her that it was supposed to come with the holder. I had called Kelly serval times to find out why it was taking so long to get. She told me don't tell her how to do her job. Finally her sales rep Dave Morrell called me & said which I had told Kelly that some how my order got canceled & he would reorder it. #2 I wanted someone to come out & fix the tiller because after 3 weeks of using it it was still very hard to raise & lower it. Kelly said that she would have to charge me $226 to have someone come out. I fixed it myself & it is now very easy to rise & lower the tiller. #3 I ordered a basket from Senior.com that has the manufacture logo on it & I had no problem getting it. I'm very disappointed that Kelly never called me back to omit that I was right & she was wrong on thes 3 things!!

I had to oversee every their step and correct their mistakes constantly. Rail installation had to be corrected 2 times. They have very little idea of what they are doing. They cut corners wherever is possible and beyond. Kevin Leary - general manager will find every excuse under the sun to avoid responsibility for his actions. He has no problem "stretching" the facts to cover his mistakes.
