Every single time I've had to call, no matter what the reason, it's an exhausting saga of long waits and unhelpful agents. I smile, say good morning, how are you? You get nothing in return. Speaking of return, I was retuning an oxygen concentrator. Lincare rep: "What's the reason for the pickup?" Me: "There is no pickup. Worst customer service on the planet. They shuffled me through 3 different departments when I asked for the price of supplies.They kept saying you pay 20%. When I asked 20% of what amount they transferred me because they couldn't discuss prices.Only to tell me I needed to call a different number to actually order supplies not just get a price. read more

This must be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. This company is so bad that I changed health insurance companies just so I would not have to deal with them. If you call this institution, you usually get someone nice that answers the phone, but once you get transferred it all goes to hell. EVERY TIME I have been transferred I get an individual that has been rude and downright disrespectful. This company never calls you back to let you know that they have finally obtained all your information and you can start receiving your supplies. The one time they did call me back was when the operator made a mistake by saying that they have everything they need from me. 2 Hours later my phone rang, and when I answered the phone they did not bother to introduce themselves they just said: "What do you want"... I replied "who is this" and they literally got upset because I had no clue who was calling me. I could go on, but I won't. Just stay away from the folks. read more

This place is terrible. They tell you you have one specific delivery day for supplies and you're screwed if you're working that day. I went in person 4-5 times to pick up oxygen tanks, super quick and easy, very efficient. Now they say they won't let people come pickup stuff in person and they won't give any reason, just that "all our patients are told to call a week in advance." Why was I able to pickup in person last 4-5 times but not anymore? And would I call ahead if I'm not out yet? Just to let the empty tanks stack up??? Ridiculous! read more

They have the worst customer service (and the reps are not polite or pleasant to deal with and their billing process is ridiculous), and non flexible in scheduling delivery days. Oh my gosh these guys are the PITS. I've been trying to get them to adjust a setting on my cpap machine for 2 years. TWO YEARS!!!! They don't return calls, and when I do catch a live person on the phone, they don't know the answer to my question, or promise to have someone call me back. And no one ever does. No Lincare altho sign overhead at street names Lincare there. Told they just up and left? Need to buy supplies from them due to Health Ins coverage. Don't know if they know how this is going here but I will complain to my health care insurance co. anyway. I am not going to ride all around or call around to get some service. This company is a complete joke! My grandma passed away 7 weeks ago and for 7 weeks I've been trying to get them to come get her medical gear. They can only get it Monday's and it's only while you're working of course!! So I take the Monday off and they don't show, after the 4th time of this Ive had it. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever tried to get CPap supplies from. I have been attempting to purchase my supplies from them for almost one year with no success, and unfortunately, I have to get supplies from them because that is who Medicare has chosen for those of us in this area to purchase supplies through. They never, never return a phone call or fill your order left on their phone (as you are instructed to do). I am in dire need of supplies and can only hope Medicare selects another company for 2019. read more

I had my sleep study at the local Lincare center in Rochester, and was dealing with another supplier who was purchased by Lincare. I guess it was too difficult to get all the information into one database, as it took 4 separate phone calls ("Someone will return your call" ...yeah right) to resolve. On the 4th call after being on hold for 20 minutes, one of the operators (AJ) finally got everything figured out. Finally got my supplies ordered. AJ was the only one who was helpful. Please make that guy supervisor! read more

If there were a lower score, I'd check that. These guys have no clue what they are doing and no concern for their client's welfare. It took two days and 7 or 8 phone calls to get some response from them in an emergency situation. In fact, they only responded after I called the corporate help number. They weren't nice about it when they did return my call. Took them four days to deliver replacement oxygen tanks for my wife that we needed to travel to and from our motel to the hospital for her cancer treatments. The third day, we made one trip in the car without any oxygen. Fortunately, the hospital gave us a tank to get back with and use for the next days treatment. When I told the person who finally responded to our calls that we were totally without o2, he said actually you're not because you have an o2 generator. I said yes but it doesn't work in the car. He said, " Well, you can always drive to Webster, NY ( another town) and pick up a tank if you need it." read more
