I understand this location recently opened so I'm sure there's some bugs to work out but I saw no reason to go back. We kept getting served the same meat over and over, I had enough sirloin which was not that flavorful. Once I saw chicken wrapped in bacon that was dry, once filet mignon that was very good, once the parmesan pork that was delicious but showed up when I was basically full. I took it because it was something other than beef. I saw on the menu there was lamb, it was never offered to our table. Shortly after this, one in my party pointed out ribs of some sort being served behind us, never came by our table. The Market Table had a big selection of food. Though I was a bit disappointed. There were items like roasted cauliflower or zucchini which I love but these are served cold. I won't really knock the Market Table, there were a lot of stuff that did not interest me but others may truly like stuff like pickled beets or butternut squash soup. Then we get to the service. What started the night, we were sat at an extemely wobbly table. The place is new, how do you have damaged tables already? It was fixed by someone sticking cardboard under a leg. Our group sat with an empty water glasses several times during the night. When we were done with meat our wait folks were told we wanted to order dessert. It took at least 10 minutes for staff to take the order and another 15+ minutes for a few pieces of cake to be delivered. I would have liked to order a light dessert but I was not going to spend $11.50 for ice cream. I wish Fogo luck in the future, but I found it quite disappointing for such an expensive dinner. read more

They are so misleading. We came for lunch and asked in advance if we can still get lunch. The receptionist said we are allowed to get LUNCH. When we sat down, this waiter who mumbled a great deal kept rambling about the dinner options. We said how we were told we can get lunch. I have been to the Philly location a few times and loved my experience there. A friend and I decided to go to this location because it was new to our area and we wanted to check out the bar. We ordered a couple of drinks (Cabernet and Stella) and food (chicken sliders and skewers). The bartender with long brown hair and tattoos came over with a white wine and the beer. We told her that is not Cabernet and she rolled her eyes and looked very annoyed. Another bartender then gave the Cabernet. About 35 minutes later the skewers came out. I patiently waited for the sliders after 10 more minutes I asked about them and was told they were never put it. No one came over to apologize or even check if we needed another drink. Then I told them I didn't want them and wanted to just pay for the drinks and skewers was told a manger was coming and one never came. The bartender Rose came over and apologized over and over about it. But the original bartender never came over and just stood there and stared while giving dirty looks as Rose spoke to us. Fell in love with Fogo de Chao in Orlando, 5 years ago, and since then I am always looking forward to enjoy the experience. I have recently moved close to the Wayne location and happily invited a girlfriend for brunch, spending a good amount of time talking about it like is the best place ever. Imagine my disappointment when whatever I pictured to my guest was not up to par. We were placed in the center of the dining room and pretty much forgotten, kept seeing the gauchos moving around with all sorts of meat and not stopping at our table (pretty much we had 3 cuts of meat rotating constantly and none of the others that were brought to the dining room). Overall I hope this was just justifiable because the location is new and personnel was not yet used to table flow. read more

We checked out the newest Fogo in Wayne after being at numerous other locations including the one in the city over the years.We did NOT experience the poor waiter service that some other reviewers have reported at Wayne. Our waiter was very attentive. The food quality at the buffet bar was excellent as we expected. The decor was top notch and the location is pretty huge and spacious. I would agree with a previous reviewer in that not all the listed meats came out equally. Like we saw every single chicken choice 3-4 times. But the filet and ribeye came out only once until near the end of our meal. Also all the beef choices were consistently and frustratingly well-done and at times so overcooked to be inedible due to meat just being so dry and hard. Thankfully, we were saved by Gary one of the churrasco servers who after hearing our requests made sure we were offered medium to rare beef whenever he came out. He made a 4 review into a 5. In summation, I think this location is just working out the kinks. We lucked out to get an experienced waiter and had Gary as one of the main meat servers.
