    Their truck

It's a food truck; so it's almost impossible to check in unless you're in Wayne New Jersey or parts of Connecticut. They have an app that you can use to find out where they will be next. It seems a little pricey, considering it's a food truck, but you do get your moneys worth. No surimi here. It's all whole chunks of claw and leg meat in the lobster roll. See photo. Ambience? It Depends on where they park.

They had a truck sitting outside of the Trader Joe's in Millburn, so popped over to see what we could try. Clam chowder was on the watery end and didn't have too much clam. Lobster Bisque wasn't as good as the trader Joe's version, although it did have a claw in it. Connecticut style was warm with butter and lemon, which was okay but the bread was on the weak side. And not all that warm. Maine style was cold with mayo but the mayo only made its way halfway through (One of the few times I can say they don't have enough mayo in America). Both lobster rolls were a little over $20 and were filled with crab meat from the claw but no tail meat all. Is it worth it? For me, no. I've had better, richer soups even from Trader Joe's right there, and the bread disappointed for me on the rolls. Legal Seafood in the Short Hills Mall does a better job in my opinion. For more than $60 bucks all-in, I would recommend going somewhere else. Also I don't appreciate that the tip defaults to 18%, definitely not worth it.

I make it a point to order a lobster roll any time I see it on a menu, so I've tried more than my fair share. This was my first opportunity to try Cousins, and what a disappointment! I would say it was a solidly average roll, except that it was so small.

Just happened to stumble upon this great food truck. We were driving along 23 S. when I saw a black colored food truck. It was Cousins Maine Lobster. We stopped to pick up a Connecticut lobster roll- Cost $18.95. This lobster roll was one of the best! There were quite a few people waiting to pick up lobster rolls and other lobster goods. The food truck menu included lobster bisque, clam chowder, shrimp and lobster tacos, Lobster grilled cheese, Lobster and Chowder tots and Lobster Tail! We asked the woman how long they've been at this location. She told me they were leaving after 7 PM tonight. After that, they would be going down to the Trenton/Philadelphia area. The woman told me that Cousins is a franchise. I did notice that Shark Tank appeared to have some association with Cousins. Anyway, if anyone has a chance to try Cousins Maine Lobster truck, you're in for a wonderful treat!

This is my second time eating from this truck. The first time I had the lobster grilled cheese sandwich, delicious, today tried the lobster tacos and those 3 tacos were delicious. They don't skimp on the lobster either. Follow them on FACEBOOK to find out their daily location won't regret it.

The lobster was definitely fresh and high quality. We got the lobster tots that were fantastic and has a great amount of lobster in it. The lobster roll was on the small side but good quality

Beautiful new truck. Service was just ok. Pricey for basic lobster grilled cheese. Experience was a bit underwhelming.

My boyfriend had the chicken Latin bowl which I think I'll get next time! Both were flavorful and well seasoned! One can stuff them with any number of things. On this Nochebuena (Christmas Eve), while in the neighborhood of Totowa, my partner and I decided to pay a visit to this establishment for takeout as first-timers. Opened 6 years ago, Mama Ana's Empanadas is a family-owned restaurant specializing in empanadas located off of Union Blvd. Greeted by the staff upon arrival, the interior vibe was not only festive but cozy and casual with seating for 20 patrons. From the menu, one can choose up to 18 different kinds of empanadas, from classic beef or chicken to cheesesteak and Cuban; either have them baked or fried. They also offer Latin" bowls, salads, and sandwiches. We decided on the cheesesteak empanada and broccoli & cheese empanada, as well as the Chicharrones de Cerdo bowl, accompanied by rice and beans with a side of maduros (sweet plantain). The cheesesteak was tasty. The broccoli came with mozzarella, which was salty. The cheddar would have been better. The empanada dough was hot, flaky, and huge. Chicharrones de cerdo bowl was served piping hot and hit the spot. The pork wasn't hard but had great flavor and chew. The price was reasonable due to its size and portion. The service was slow, but we know the food was made fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ada and Yame. We can recommend this place.

Even though I am a Louis Prima fan (sorry for the obscure reference) the bone to meat ratio just doesn't make up for the higher fat content. At least for me. This guys ribs changed that. You don't eat these ribs so much as you hold them up and allow the meat to dive into your mouth like an Olympian off the 10 meter platform. They are that good. And I have eaten enough brisket in my life that writing a review including a reference to pork is probably something I shouldn't do publicly, but his is top notch. Lastly, I come on this site and often see reviews regarding the personal nature of the proprietor of the business, which are sometimes so vicious and misplaced, it is not a mystery why the writers of South Park want to feed some of the members of this site what they want to feed them. To that end, if you have a problem with either Dan or his staff, I would have to say that the problem is most likely with you. They couldn't be nicer, more courteous and helpful. I know that sounds like a lot for serving somebody BBQ but those fairgrounds on a weekend can be a certified nuthouse. At no time did I see anyone lose their patience or desire to help the customers. Five stars all the way.
