10/10 food with amazing quality in a beautifully designed restaurant. The service was great too with super respectful staff. The aspect that was a bit of a let down is that the chairs and tables are so close together it's hard to fit through sometimes. And on busy days, they tend to forget your requests and need a couple reminders But overall, will definitely come again for the meats!

Alyssa is a true cut above. She gave so much exceptional service. She exmplified true kindness and care. The place was pretty packed but each person working was very attentive. So many people were trying to garner tables. Make sure you reserve in advance. The food that came out was simply amazing too. I don't eat red meat and they accomadated with great choices and options. This place is a must try.

Cucumber mint splash and Passion fruit smash were so good. This was taken before our delicious meats.

My service here was exceptional. Kaylie took wonderful care of us, and was so attentive. I am so thankful we sat in her section. We will definitely be visiting again soon. The manager Derrick came to greet us before we left, and that was a thoughtful touch.

My first time trying a brazilian steak house. The decor gives an elevated feel and the smells were appealing. But would say that servers need more training: 1) We weren't made aware of the churrasco chip (red for "no more" and green for "more) until our waiter noticed that we hadn't been served any meats. And even then, we were told that it just needed to be on our table to be served. As we ate our dessert, overheard another waiter explain what each flip side meant to another couple that had just sat down. 2) when it came to paying, we were told our two gift cards were defective. Frustrating, but we went to Costco to remedy it. They informed us that whoever had served us, charged it and then canceled it, leading it to be flagged and locked. Frustrating to deal with. Back to the meal: Since we got the churrasco experience, we had access to the "salad bar". They have more than salad but be aware food is served chilled. Personally, certain things I like to have warm (asparagus, mushrooms, grilled cauliflower). I would say keeping certain items over a warming tray. Idk, just less appetizing to have it chilled besides those Kalamata olives, whole grain mustard, and hummus. Note: the plate you used for the salad bar is where your churrasco meat will be served too. "Gaucho chefs" would make their way around the dining room announcing the type of meat and offering it to those tables with chips. Only when waiter noted our missing service (and chips) did we have a wave of 5 chefs come by. After that, it was sparse. We must have been in an overlooked spot or maybe its intentional so you get full from nibbling on the sides provided? Unsure. I mostly enjoyed the sweet bread and Maduros (fried plantains). The meat experience varied. It would be over salted, overcooked edges, or fatty but sometimes you would get a succulent piece, if sliced at the right spot. By the way, the mini tongs they have at your table, are for holding the meat they are slicing for you. Be aware the juice can spurt as theyre cut. Overall, I would say I liked the drinks (Caipirinha). The strawberry hibiscus was made with fresh fruit but the chunks were a little too thick. That and the ice made up half my glass and also got stuck in the straw. Habañero mango was much smoother. Make sure to get those in as the timing was off. My partner was having Stella's and even his drinks would take 20 min. to get to our table from the bar. Would have given our visit a 3 but the debacle with the gift card did sour our date night.

Made my way back again. Maybe an off day since last time was SIGNIFICANTLY better and this time was very off-putting. Staff was friendly but whenever they mentioned they would do something it never got done. Had to ask for a drink 3-4 times just to get one drink. Many of my colleagues decided to just leave because they never got the meats they wanted. We asked for cinnamon roasted pineapple maybe 5 times throughout the night and kept being told it was on the way and NOT ONCE did it arrive throughout the whole night. The salad bar - argula looked shriveled and many of the fruits looked unappetizing and dry. My colleague described the salad bar items as "sad" looking. On top of all of this when pouring the cheese honey, the waiter dripped honey off the plate and onto my pants. They also dropped bacon while slicing the meat, on to my dessert takeout without realizing. Worst of all they dripped oil onto my jacket which was resting on the back of my chair when moving around the meats. I did get to compare the chocolate dessert items and highly recommend the Chocolate Brigadeiro over the molten lava hands down. The cheesecake brulee is still the classic and my favorite but the brigadeiro is also delicious. Overall, was very disappointed with the service and quality today. We were there for quite some time and felt like we didn't get much of the meats or food items we wanted and I walked away with multiple stained pieces of clothing.

We had four adults and one child and ordered à la carte. Every dish and the service were disappointing. The sea bass was drowned in butter and lacked real flavor. The chicken breast took over an hour to arrive, and every time we asked, we were told "3 more minutes." The picanha was served extremely overcooked, which is unacceptable for a steakhouse. Our waitress disappeared before we even received our final entrée and never informed us she was leaving or that another server would take over. We never saw her again -- even after closing our tab. We also ordered strawberry ice cream and received vanilla with artificial strawberry syrup. Not good. If you want quality food and service, Texas de Brazil across the street is a much better option. Fogo de Chão was a complete letdown.

Newer location located in a shopping complex. Parking wasn't too bad when we went for lunch time. Not as big as other locations but very nice decor. We sat in the bar area for the happy hour menu and relaxed. Our bartender was friendly and provided nice conversation. We always enjoy their HH food times and drinks. Sometimes we don't want to eat to heavy so the amounts and variety are satisfying. Complimentary cheese rolls are great when they're fresh out of oven. Our favorite food item on HH is the queijo assado - fried cheese with honey - not sure what kind of cheese but it's GOOD. . They also have good cocktails on HH, but today we just enjoyed a nice cold glass is Stella from tap. Fogo had a good HH and I would come back again if I'm in the area.

Had reservations for a party of 18, for my birthday. Wanted to try the newly fogo out in the ie. We got seated within 5 mins of the reservation time. Space was a little tight where we seated. Our servers were Veronica and Layla , they were really great ! Very knowledgeable and explained everything well, for our party who has never been. Really went above and beyond our expectations. They deserve a raise !!! The salad bar was good, so many options to choose from. But I feel that it was always empty and then when they were serving meats they didn't come all the way around the table. Which half of the party was already full when the other party barely ate. Told our serves and they brought them our way. I don't know if they were super busy but I felt that they didn't really pay attention to the parties in the back.

We visited the new Fogo de Chão with friends, and the ambience was beautiful. The restaurant itself is stunning and was packed, which shows how popular it already is. While waiting for our reservation, we tried to grab drinks at the bar, but the layout made it difficult to maneuver and actually get service. Once seated, we chose the $73 option with the full buffet and continuous tableside meats. The food itself was good, but we were repeatedly offered the same cuts while waiting quite a while to see the filet mignon and bone-in ribeye. We had to ask several times before those finally made it to our table, which was a bit disappointing given what we were looking forward to most. Our server also wasn't very attentive -- cocktails and beers from the bar took a long time to arrive, and it felt like she may have been overwhelmed with her section. On a positive note, the sides were amazing, especially the Pão de Queijo, which was definitely the standout. Overall, a beautiful restaurant with good food, but the service and pacing still need some fine-tuning.

FOGO de CHAO is a unique dining experience. My wife had heard about it from her colleagues, so she insisted that we go. Our main server, Homer, was great, very attentive, returning often to check on us. First of all, expect to pay at least $53 per person (plus tax and tip, of course). If you are a seafood eater, expect to pay at least $73. $53 gets you a salad bar and a variety of freshly cut meats. The restaurant is elegant. The tableware has the restaurant's name on them. The tableware includes mini-tongs, which you will use to catch your slice of meat as the server slices it off the post. The long tables, presumably set for groups, have tablecloths; the napkins are linen. We ordered the $53 options. As another reviewer suggested, you shouldn't take too much food from the salad bar; instead, you should save room for the meats. One warning: you must be patient when it comes to waiting for the meat. There are a number of servers circulating around the room, each with a different cut of meat. Also, if you wait for a particular cut of meat, you may be waiting a while, so take what you get and try to request what you want. (Patience is the key. If you don't like waiting for your food, this is NOT the place to go.) Another suggestion: We saw a couple next to us take two plates apiece from the salad bar, one under the other. When they sat down, they set out the empty plates to receive meat from the servers. The salad bar warning may be futile. When you see the salad bar, you are met with a variety of unusual selections, from tomato slices topped with basil and mozzarella to asparagus and dragonfruit and pineapple slices and sliced cold meat cuts and the usual lettuce and salad dressings. I walked away with a plateful of options. (See pic.) Unfortunately, the all-you-can-eat nature of the meal prohibited me from taking home my fat trimmings for my dogs. It's a shame really, thinking about all the waste that builds up and ends up in landfills, but I digress. Free parking, if you can find a spot. We lucked out and found a spot right in front. The restaurant is just off Foothill, across the parking lot from Best Buy.

I've always liked Fogo de Chao. In fact I've made another reservation for Xmas in Vegas. This location is beautiful but food is just alright. Most of the meat cuts are overcooked or undercooked. One of the server even dropped the entire piece of steak on our dining table because It was not cooked well. The seasoning is also very bland. Not impressed. The one thing that I enjoyed were the beef ribs but I had to ask them twice to bring it out. They almost never walk around with it. $73 per person for Thanksgiving was NOT worth it. The salad bar is only half the kitchen island. It's smaller than other locations. For this location I would choose Texas de Brazil over this location.

I had such a fantastic time last Friday night! It had been a rough and long week but I wanted to get out and celebrate one of my bestie's birthdays and she wanted to come here. We had such a fun night. Our server, Christian, was awesome. He took special care of us and made sure we were taken care of. William was another person who made sure that we tried all of the meats and enjoyed our favorite meats as many times as we wanted. Such a great attitude! Lastly, we had Damon. He was Mr. Personality and we enjoyed chatting it up with him. Also, we were surprised with fried pineapple and it was amazing and they didn't kick us out. At think we were the last ones there. Great team and keep Up the good work and providing a quality experience.

Fogo de Chão is what's up now if you're in the IE looking for some chow. You want the best of both worlds let me tell you how. We opted for seats near the bar and this is how we took the menu options really far. Both of the menus were given because of where we were seated so my recommendation if you want to score on this loophole asked to be seated in that particular area. The highlights of this adventure were the Filet Mignon and the Branzino that was deboned table side. The Shrimp Cocktail and Chilean Sea Bass were decent but I can't knock it because the specialties are their meats. The service was on point from start to finish with the staff working together and even the manager?! That's service and that's my take, Peace out

Cheesecake Brûlée ...amazing best thing we had!

I've been to Fogo many times, and this was the first time checking out Texas de Brazil, and I have to say, I think I like Texas De Brazil better! The meat service at the start of the dinner was admittedly slow for what looked like the entire restaurant, there was a solid 10-min where no meat was coming except for a chicken sausage. I think that is because they were cooking the meats, because soon after, a bunch of meat started coming out of the kitchen all at once. The quality of the meat was great! The salad bar I think is better than Fogo: I felt the veggies and salads tasted fresher and the area around the salad bar was cleaner. The cheese bread and plantains were amazing as well, much better than Fogo for sure. Overall, I really enjoyed this place and if I am craving Brazilian BBQ again, I'll head over here.

Unfortunately, they didn't even try. We were placed on the outdoor patio; there were 18 of us. First issue, they didn't set the tables for the correct number of people. Second issue, we had to beg and plead to have the gauchos serve us. They would come to the door, say who would like XXX, and if someone didn't immediately raise their hand, they would go back inside. Even if one of us raised our hand, they would not go around the entire table asking people if they would like to be served that meat. Third issue, my husband and I were served undercooked pork. They removed them from our plates immediately, and we never saw pork again. Fourth issue, if we requested a specific item, we would have to ask several times until someone served us our food. Fifth issue, they never brought out the accompanying items that are automatically served on the table, ie, cheese bread, mashed potatoes, bananas, etc. We would have to wait until our server came out to the patio and then request the items. They would NOT ask if anyone else at the table would care for anything. Sixth issue, they acted as if we were in drought conditions, asking for water was torture. We finally got up and brought over our own pitchers to the table. The seventh issue was that the busboys kept trying to take our plates away. Several times, one of us would have to grab our plate back. EIGHTH issue, when it was time for the cake, they brought us a steak knife to cut the cake, NO serving utensil, and saucers from coffee cups as our dessert plates. I asked for larger plates, and they brought us 11 HOT dinner plates. Just a reminder, there were 18 of us seated. You do the math; they certainly couldn't. I love Brazilian steakhouses, this one is almost the worst one I have been to, it comes in at a very close second. I would never return to this location. I felt sorry for the birthday girl. She was given ZERO love; they didn't even know who the birthday girl was. HORRIBLE representation for the Texas de Brazil franchise.

Also, we were planning on going to Monaco's, but forgot it's Thursday...big deals on big pizza on Thursdays at Monaco's means big crowds. But it set our tastebuds into overdrive for savory Italian food. We should have guessed when we drove up and got a parking spot in front of an empty restaurant at 6 pm that it was going to be subpar, but we forged ahead anyway. We were greeting by a young man who kept referring to us, the two middle-aged women, as "you guys." Then asked if we had reservations...to an otherwise empty restaurant. The place was well decorated and light, though it was drafty and cold. And loud. Very loud for no one being there. The music, though a good playlist, was way too loud for such an echo chamber with nothing but hard surfaces to bounce off of. We weren't quite sure who our server was, but the young lady that took our order again referred to the two middle-aged women as "you guys." Ugh. Decent focaccia bread with dip arrived. It was OK, but cold. The food arrived in a decent timeframe, but the undercooked, starchy spaghetti was not quite warm enough. After asking three times for silverware, we finally got utensils, adding to the cooler temp of the food. So now that primary reason for a so-so review: The food was just OK. Not only was it not warm enough, but it was bland and lacked any presentation. Chicken Marsala had onions but no garlic, so it lacked depth. The Pomodoro was served with their standard marinara sauce, not pomodoro at all. Pomodoro should be a light and bright sauce with chunks of chrushed tomato, not bland marinara sauce that you would serve a seven year-old. The orchiete pasta were also undercooked...not quite al dente, not quite cooked. Lastly, there was some sort of photographer there. Part of the reason our food was cold is because he had to take multiple photos or our food from multiple angles. I could see the steam rising from it when it was being photographed, but the heat was dissipated by the time it arrived on our table. Without silverware. Then I noticed the photographer taking short videos while we were eating and we were part of the background. I prefer not to be photographed, especially by strangers. So this felt intrusive. Biest has potential, but it has a long way to go. Three things could help: 1. Train the staff not to refer to guests as "you guys." 2. Work on the preparation and presentation of the food. 3. Decrease the volume of the music. All it does is make people have to talk louder which adds to the cacophony. Oh, and don't make it look like you're photographing guests without their consent
