Beef Rib TOP NOTCH salt crusted yummy goodness, juicy and melts! -lamb chop not gamey and well cooked for us. -Chicken wrapped bacon chicken is tough, usually a bit dry passed after first round. -Steak wrap bacon - this was good the bacon wrapped was nice and crispy. -Flank steak dry didn't take more after first try. Flavor was good though, has the essence of the beef with some saltiness -Pork sausage dry, they only had normal sausage no spicy ones available during our time. -Garlic steak huge fat piece so if you like chewing on a large chunk of flavorful fat, this is its i opted to just bite it for the flavor and eat the beef itself. -Prime sirloin garlic, packed with garlic flavor and cooked well for us. Got few slices of this cut! Two rounds. Filet steak, lean meat but cooked medium and top with some butter... you good to go. Top Sirloin thin cuts, was a nice round off to our meal. Mash potatoes included in the price. Brazilian cheese bread balls superb, light chew and perfect cheese and hit of saltiness gimme more!!! But very filling. Plantains Salad bar Charcuterie setup Man, you have to show up hungry and pace yourself or you'll fill up super fast! Love this spot though and this location is clean, good AC, and servers are quick during lunch hour to bring over food. Now i don't think all the meat cuts were available or being cooked but either way we were full and happy. $49 for lunch cost which includes all good meat cuts! Be back when we aren't full anymore haha.. maybe in a month or two.

Today was my first time trying Fogo de Chão-Burlington! We decided to go for lunch while at the Burlington Mall. Initially, we were interested in doing the "Best of Brazil" special for $49/pp that the chain is having until the end of the month, however, this option does not include certain meats, such as the beef ribs and sirloin cuts. The regular AYCE lunch full churrasco price is $49/pp anyways and included everything, so we went with the normal AYCE lunch full churrasco option since it's the same price & has better meat cuts. This comes with premium meat cuts, the market table, and Brazilian sides. Here's what we had: -***beef ribs -***lamb chops -steak w/ bacon -chicken w/ bacon -flank steak -garlic steak -***prime top sirloin -top sirloin -bottom sirloin -filet mignon Brazilian apps: -caramelized bananas -cheese fries? -garlic mash potatoes -cheesy bread/warm pão de queijo Market table: -marinated mushrooms -mixed olives w/ citrus herbs -roasted artichokes -roasted beets -asparagus -roasted garlic -papaya -dragonfruit -pineapple My favorite cuts were the beef ribs and the prime top sirloin! Everything had the perfect amount of salt, that was not too salty and complimented the meats well. I love getting the sides from the market table... I can never get enough haha. All very tasty and fresh ingredients! Water we got was Saratoga still water, one of my faves, ~$7-8. The dragonfruit, pineapple, and papaya were great for end of the meal, all were perfectly ripe and sweet :) I would definitely come back again! I've never had lunch at Fogo before and usually only go for dinner. It was a nice experience and is a great price for all that you get, whether for lunch or dinner honestly! Food is always fresh and tasty; better than any AYCE around.

Market Bar Buffet Plate

Love the atmosphere of this lovely, roomy, restaurant. The waiter was awesome. My friend and I had the buffet. It was enormous and very tasty. So many choices and very fresh salads, fruits and antipasti. The all you can eat "Market Bar" included soups and some non-vegetarian items such as salami and a delicious creamy chicken soup. Some of the food is gluten free. A really nice experience overall. Lots of parking in back of the Burlington Mall.

Maybe I shouldn't continue ordering catering from here for parties year by year ,They packed everything so carelessly--sauces were leaking everywhere, they put the cake at the very bottom, and stacked hot dishes on top of it. Meat are over cooked even I ordered medium .......By the time I got home, the cake was ruined and completely inedible. I am really, really disappointed.

I wish I had a bigger stomach because everything tasted so good! I was a victim of the salad bar because they offer such a great variety of sides, salads, and more! The meat selection is huge, the meat servers come around so frequently and you are never left waiting for someone to come by. I really enjoy the lamb and beef selections, they are super flavorful and nicely seared. When going to buffets like this I don't recommend eating chicken. I made a mistake of getting chicken and the server gave me a whole chicken breast. Like girl this chicken breast is bigger than my hand! The chicken breast was dry and I just couldn't eat it. I don't recommend.. However for all the beef and lamb options they only give you a slice. I'm sure if you ask for extra slices they will give it to you but I'm sure its a tactic that they give you extra chicken portions over beef and lamb. The desserts are also amazing! The creme brulee and tres leches were sooo good! Definitely have to save room for dessert. Everything was so so so good. I ate too much but I don't regret it.

Overall not the best experience. We were seated in the area next to the market table and feijoada bar. It was nice to see the variety of fresh fruits and vegetables offered. A person from my party ordered the mango habanero caipirinha and it was not what she expected. She said that it tasted exactly like the passionate caipirinha, which was a drink someone else in my party got. She brought it up to the attention of our server who took the drink and brought it back with no change. She was not satisfied so she tried to order some wine. There was some kind of wine event going on and she tried to order some to try but they were out of every option she wanted so she had to settle for one. We opted to do the full experience but for some reason we never got to try all of the meats included in the menu. We never saw chicken or ribs. We were only able to get the sausage once we asked for it around 3 times. Eventually after asking for the chicken numerous times, a server finally brought a piece over to us. I wish they were better at rotating their walking directions so everyone had a chance to try everything.

I reached out to David Greekwood, the manager, to let him know we were coming in. The night could not have been more perfect. It started with a warm, personal greeting from David at the front door. His host then walked us to our table, where a dozen gorgeous roses were waiting. We never asked for that. It was simply done for us, and it set the tone for the whole evening. The food was outstanding, as it always is. Matthew did an impeccable job, and the selections our server guided us toward were exactly right. We were in the right place to celebrate such a momentous occasion. Thank you to David, the waitstaff, and the kitchen for the care you put into every visit, and especially for making us feel so special on our special day. We will definitely be back. As always, we love Eddie V's. The prices seem to be going up at an alarmingly fast rate, but the quality has not. Additionally, we've always been ones to avoid suburban steak houses, feeling they're not as good as their city counterparts. Well, Eddy Vs has proved us wrong in that way of thinking. We've come here twice now in recent months, both on Saturday nights, and the place was full on packed both times. We were able to grab bar seating each time and have had two amazing experiences. First off, the service is second to none. Second, they have a "happy hour" menu that pretty much runs all night with $9 glasses of good wine, $10 cocktails, and discount apps. But the most important win is the food. Everything we've tried has been absolute top notch, prepared to perfection, from the steak tartare, to the lamb lollipops, to the filet mignon. We will be making the very easy decision to return here when we're craving steak going forward.

We started with hot and dirty martinis which came with blue cheese stuffed olives. The olives were clearly hand stuffed and very fresh, which honestly made a great addition to the martinis. We also ordered oysters and the tuna tartare appetizer to start. Both were great. The oysters were fresh and came with tobiko, which I've never had served with oysters before. Interestingly enough the tobiko was green instead of the usual orange and had a wasabi flavor to it, which was a really nice addition to the oysters along with the other traditional accompaniments. The ahi tuna was also great, no complaints there. For dinner we ordered two filets, one with truffle butter and the other with a red wine demi-glace. Both were cooked perfectly to the medium rare temperature we ordered and were incredibly tender and flavorful. We also ordered the lobster mac and cheese and the Brussels sprouts with bacon and maple. The lobster mac and cheese was a very generous portion, especially for a side, and tasted great. The Brussels sprouts were also delicious. Honestly everything we ordered was excellent. Our server was super friendly, attentive and helpful throughout dinner. Even the bread and butter they brought out when we first sat down was amazing. Overall I really don't have a single complaint about our experience. The food was excellent, everything was cooked perfectly and the service was great. Definitely one of the better steakhouse experiences I've had and I can't wait to come back.

Our server Nick was a very friendly and charming person. He earned his tip at the end. Place has an elegant vibe that would be good for a special occasion. I started with the Wollensky Salad. I found the potato croutons to be interesting and the bacon lardons somewhat tough. My filet mignon should have been the highlight and ended up being a total disappointment. I ordered it medium but was instead served almost rare. Nick asked me to cut into it and he himself said that it was somewhat rare so he took it back. Someone else brought the same steak back a few minutes later and parts were overcooked and parts were still medium rare. I also noticed that the table next to me sent one of their steaks back and also leaving it on their plates after it was brought back. For dessert, I had the coconut creme cake that was really good. I'm unlikely to go back to this restaurant even with a $55 promotion before taxes and tip. I guess that I should feel lucky that is all I paid.
