Fogle pump is a great company. I had a well in a complicated location, where weather was critical, steep slopes to get to it, and rainy weather coming. I called and spoke with them about my needs, they agreed to do the job, and gave me a date to do the job. The date was important because I had to have rented equipment on site. They communicated the week before to confirm the schedule, and showed up and did a perfect job on time. Just as promised. You can trust this company. If I could do no stars, I would. I was warned years ago to not use Fogal when we had issues. I used a different company and was happy. However, we recently sold our home. During the water test, uranium came back and the buyers requested a filtration system installed. They provided a quote from Fogal for $10,000! Now, at this point I already have a filtration system installed from Culligan. This filtration system consisted of a Big Blue filter, water softener, and a Shellco Carbon block filter. Armed with the quote from Fogal, I called Culligan and had them come out to give me a quote. I showed him the quote from Fogal and he laughed. Said that they are using junk that will cost the buyers more in filters over the years. Half of what they spec'd was not necessary (including an RO sink unit under the kitchen sink). He said that a quality system that would filter the uranium from Culligan would be much more than $10k. So I agreed to pay Fogal to have the system installed. They contacted the buyers to schedule the installation. At this point, we have not closed on the home yet. But the install was scheduled to be done after closing. They asked the buyers what he wanted to do with out existing system. Buyers didn't care. So they took it. We were still living in the house during this time, as we were granted a rent back. So, legally we were not the owners of the home during the install. HOWEVER, the contract was signed by me, before closing, and paid for by me! They have no right to the equipment they took. So I called them. I first spoke with Colby, who did the install. He was extremely rude and said he would not be bringing the equipment back. But would call me back when he could figure it out. Never did hear back from him. I called again a few days later, and spoke with Darren (who wrote the quote). He informed me that I didn't have a legal right to the equipment since I was not the owner at the time of install. After some arguing, and after I threatened to report Fogal to the police for theft, he HUNG UP ON ME! I paid this bozo $10k to get hung up on. Before all this, I actually met with they buyers. They came the same afternoon after the install. They saw the new faucet at the sink and she asked why they needed it. The response from the husband was "Darren said it was the law to have that installed." I just about fell over! The law? What law? There is no law that says that an under sink RO unit must be installed in ADDITION to a whole home RO unit! They were lied to! Fogal Pump lied to the new owners to get them to buy products from them. I let them know that there is no law, but enjoy the extra faucet that is not hooked up to the drinking water in the fridge. The buyers are great people. I did ask them to contact Fogal and have them bring my equipment back. They didn't have any issue with that at all. Buyers get 5 stars! Fogal gets zero. Beware of Fogal Pump. read more

Fogle Pump sent a formal, snail mail apology letter and a $100 gift card to a local restaurant apologizing for not showing up and leaving us hanging with no call backs and not showing up for the initial scheduled appointment a few weeks ago. They said that is not normally how they do business. Once their tech showed up he was more than polite, gave us lots of options, answered our questions and was very professional and polite. The problem was their scheduler who did not listen to the initial call when I told him we had livestock here and we needed help right away. I called them on a Monday morning or a half hour after the wiring in the well started a brush fire so we needed water and their help. He made an appointment for a Tuesday morning yet no one showed then no one returned our calls for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Finally I called and bitched at their voicemail on Friday before they opened and got a call back in 10 minutes. It was totally apparent that man who is their scheduler did not even listen to a word I said to him the previous Monday from the tone of his rudeness to me and telling me he did not appreciate me bitching at his voice mail. I told him I did not appreciate the lack of customer service with no phone calls returned and missing an appointment I scheduled three days before. We did get a tech here within a half hour of bitching session at them about their lack of communication or responses to repeated phone calls for help. So I ended demanding they come and help but not before he started threatening me to "just to go be happier with another company." I told him that was not an option when we had livestock here and were out of water so needed him that Friday. He then asked, "So this was a service call?" WTH! Wow. So there was no other option for us to wait for help with a different company to see when they might meander to our farm and water our livestock. They had to show up here and they finally did but it took a lot of bitching to make it happen from my end. So kudos to Fogle Pump for apologizing for his actions and inaction. And I hope they give him a lot more customer service training to their scheduling guy for being rude and not listening to people who call in to schedule service calls for help. Why would we call them if we did not need water or have a service call? Apology accepted. read more

When you're elderly you need a company you can trust and one that will be fair. Fogle Pump is that kind of business. Our well stopped working or I should say it kept throwing the breaker so we called Fogle Pump. They responded very quickly and when they came out and checked things out said we would need a new pump that would be around $3200.00 and so they set up a date to come and replace it. Eventually it just stopped pumping all together so we call Fogle told them we where out of water and needed help fast and fast is what we got. They came out the next morning. When they got to our place and set out to replaced the Pump they found the wire to the Pump was grounded out. To our surprise something very unusual happened the young man that was out previously apologized and said he should have got that in the first visit and because he didn't they wouldn't charge us for the first service call. This is what you would like to see in all businesses fair and honest. Thank you Fogle Pump. I don't think we were meant to go off grid. Hauling water isn't for us. Thank you JV and BV read more
