I ate at FOB West on 3/17 and it was wonderful! A limited menu for now as they're getting settled in but still a great selection of shareable starter, salads, entrees and drinks! I ordered the Yuba Skewers and they were superb! Generous portion and really well flavored!! I love that they're here and can to wait to come back and try their other menu items!

On 4/18/2026, my wife and I, went to the Prescott Market and tried FOB West. I had the vegan lumpia's and my wife had a chopped salad. The service was great and the food was excellent. The market has Indoor and outdoor seating with an array of places to eat. I highly recommend FOB West. All in all, I gave FOB West four and a half stars

FOB West, FOB Kitchen's W$O location, is now open in Prescott Market! I'm excited to see another local business open up in the market and...it's Filipino food--so much love, so much delicious food. Currently, they're doing a soft opening for lunch: 10AM-3PM. We stopped by around 1PM and the market was busy and the line was not long at all. Let's get down to business: - Veggie lumpia (6 pieces)--Freshly fried and the ideal way for me to eat vegetables. The garlic vinegar should douse every bite! - Pancit Sotanghon--bihon clear rice noodles, no meat. The veggies are neatly cut and cooked just right. Your Tita would be proud! - Special: Longanisa Silog--throw an egg on anythang! The longanisa was perfection--not too sweet nor spicy. The side salad was a good balance for the longanisa. Oh yeah and the house hot sauce on everything! If this is how they're showing out for their soft opening then I can't wait to come back again and again and I hope you do too!

My daughter took me to the Oakland Farmers Market and had lunch at the Prescott Market where we had Filipino food at FOB West. I ordered the Daing na Bangus which is a marinaded fried milk fish. They added tomatoes, cilantro, onions, etc. inside the fish, accompanied with salad, yellow rice and potato salad. There was a vinegar dressing mixture for the fish to add more flavor. Garlic fried rice would have been much perfect. Great day to eat outdoors.

I've had the pancit from FOB more times than I can count--it literally kept me alive at a festival, and somehow I'm still not over it. Every time I eat it, I'm like, wait--why is this SO good? Garlicky, packed with umami, mouthwateringly addictive. FOB's vibes are impeccable: welcoming, intimate, and authentic--like you've stumbled onto something special not everyone knows about. Like you almost want to gatekeep (but won't, because everyone deserves this) The energy FOB West brings to Prescott Market is this and more!! To enjoy this level of cuisine out on the patio, in the sun, surrounded by people having a good time? Can't ask for me! FOB Kitchen sets the bar, FOB West raises it!!!

FOB Kitchen West in Prescott Market serves Filipino and Guamanian Chamorro food, and the flavors/presentation of the dishes were executed perfectly. We started with a simple Asian-inspired Chop Salad made of shredded romaine/iceberg lettuce, carrots, red cabbage, scallion, cilantro, sesame seeds, and almonds, tossed with a soy sesame vinaigrette and topped with crispy rice noodles for an extra crunch. A far more interesting item to try was the Kelaguen taco, which featured kelaguen, a Guamanian dish made of chopped grilled chicken in a creamy dressing made with grated coconut, green onions, lemon, and Thai chilies. This ceviche-like mixture was served in two toasted corn tortillas and finished with crispy bits of chicken on top--the kelaguen had a nice tropical/coconut flavor and creamy texture, making for a delicious taco filling. But my favorite dish of all was the Daing Na Bangus Fiesta Plate, which featured a whole butterflied boneless milkfish, marinated in vinegar/garlic/spices and deep-fried to crispy perfection. The gorgeously plated milkfish was served with sides of red rice, mac salad, and green salad, along with vinegar and hot sauce as condiments. All the components came together in a colorful, balanced, and flavorful platter, making for a highlight dish!

this place was SO. GOOD. I had the jackfruit tacos (vegan) at the recommendation of the cashier and I LOVED them. They definitely had some spice, so if you aren't big on spicy things, beware!! We also tried the pancit (glass noodles) and those were delicious. My roomie got the Longanisa Silog (sausage and rice bowl) and loved it. I would absolutely go back. This inspired me to go to their actual restaurant in Oakland on Telegraph.

The weekends…read morewhen I would drive by seems like there's always a lot of people here so I made a reservation reservations online and you have the option to choose if you want to sit outside inside or upstairs. I reserved for three to sit in the main dining room. The next day we arrived right on time for our reservation and still had to wait about 10-15 minutes and was asked if we could sit outside and then we were seated upstairs. I was a little bummed we didn't get to sit in the lower dining room like I booked on our reservations. It was still cute upstairs and good company always makes brunch even better. The servers were quick and helpful. I wanted something light so I just ordered the chicken and waffle bites. My husband got French toast and a side of chicken and my friend got a main entrée of a sandwich with some fries and a little soup. All of the food that came out looked amazing even at other people's tables. For brunch, the price is a little pricey, but I would like to come back to try other entrées when I'm more hungry. We asked one of our servers if he had a light as I brought a little candle to celebrate my friend's birthday, and as he lit it, he also decided to join in with us as we sang happy birthday, which I thought was really sweet. He did not have to do. He even got other tables around us to sing happy birthday as well. It felt like a special moment for my friend, which was a nice surprise. I did really appreciate this part and look forward to coming back.

We arrived shortly after 10am and our wait was just under 30 minutes. The restaurant is cozy (on the smaller side) but has an interesting layout. There's seating both indoors, outside, and upstairs. You may have to squeeze by a few tables to make your way to the restroom. Customer service was friendly and attentive. Pricing for food & drinks was a bit high. Our total for 2 entrees and 2 drinks was $60 before tip. We ordered two drinks (orange juice and an iced mocha) which were provided promptly. The orange juice was a little too sour and my mom had to add some sugar to improve the taste. The iced mocha was good, not too sweet. One thing to note the wait for our food took much longer than expected, and it may have been due to how busy it was. My mom opted to order the salmon yuzu benedict and I got an egg plate (scrambled eggs) with a side green salad. My mom mentioned the potatoes lacking salt but she enjoyed the salmon benedict. I thought the scrambled eggs were good, but slightly bland & needed salt and pepper. The side green salad was alright, but the vinaigrette had a bitter aftertaste. Overall, the meal was pretty good and timing wasn't the best. I'd likely return for brunch on a non-peak day. Definitely recommend joining the yelp waitlist prior to arriving if you can!

We went yesterday because we had family visiting and wanted to treat them to an authentic Filipino meal. We spent over $200 and tipped well. They were happy with the food, and enjoyed the portions, but the service was pretty lacking. We were the only table there. The did not check on us at all. We had to ask for water to be refilled. When it came time to take food to go, we had to ask for the container, bags, and the right sized containers and the right sized bags. The older woman with the jet black hair was the one who rude and dismissive. When I asked her for a larger bag, she said that was the largest one. I pointed out that we gave them a very generous tip and that I see larger brown bags, but she still did not offer me one. She was very defensive, and said she thought I was referring to a plastic bag. Folks, don't make the mistake of over tipping here. You don't get the service you expect and deserve. The food is good though, but the service sucks! We spent, with the tip, about $240.
