The facility is nice, great capacity and the staff was ok. But some of the gear needs some attention. The rope on this tether ball was way too short. I watched 4 dads, 6 grown teens, 10 kids about 2-3 ft tall, trying to play with this thing, but all was denied. If customers are paying to use your facility, please make sure it's 100% good to go. Otherwise, decrease your prices for certain days when your facility is not 100% family ready. I had to tell 3 people to look at it, and nobody corrected the discrepancy. Management, do your job! Because this was disappointing for a lot of customers. (FYI, 2.5 hrs there watching my child, that's why I was able to observe this piece of equipment.) read more

We had a whole lotta fun here with kids 6, 8 and 11. Lines for rock climbing on the weekend were a bit of a drag but 90 minutes was perfect for everyone to be ready to be done. Only 3 because they don't have a good foam pit or obstacle course like Defy in tukwila. read more

My first visit to this facility, which is located where Toys R Us used to be. We were part of a birthday party group. I was a bit annoyed when I read over the entire website and it said nothing about requiring grip socks, but when we checked in we had to buy a pair. I mean, I have at least 3 pairs already...I told the young man checking us in that too. But that was the only hiccup in our adventure. There is so much for the kids (and younger adults ) to do beyond just trampolines....multiple climbing structures, arcade, tether ball, black lights, and a really fun party room. This place is awesome. Trampolines and other entertainment equipment feel like they're high quality. It's been a rough couple years with a toddler. Super stoked these guys built this place here and... they have beer for the parents, aunts, uncles, friends etc. doesn't feel like a kids place which is nice. Staff was awesome. My two year old jacked the basketball and took it to where it shouldn't be a couple courts over. Not a huge deal but the employee knows the rules and I guarantee the last thing he wanted to do was negotiate with a toddler. I gave him space because kids need boundaries and he broke the rules. Will wasn't having it but the guy was super patient and I after a their negotiation I came in and asked my son to put it back. The employee thanked me and my some thanked him. Long short of it is that it seems like the people who own the place and their staff care about the experiences their customers are having. Kid paradise! Climbing walls, loads of trampolines, arcade games, and more! This is the best of the indoor play places I've seen for kids. Staff is very attentive and friendly. The layout enables parent supervision. The arcade games were mostly broken on our last trip, and the ice cream machine was pushing out this really chemical-tasting stuff that staff admitted did not taste anything like ice cream. Girls enjoyed the trampoline and the air jump but we get that at any of the places. Waiting to climb the rock wall for 25 minutes eating into your time wasnt good at all. The employee was less than interested to be there. We go places like this to also enjoy the games. Whoever designed their game price schedule has clearly never been to one. You buy a card for $10 and get $1 extra. One chance at a game can net you 7-10 tickets a game but costs $2.00 to play. Legit, this is not a typo, it is $2 per chance at a simple game. A pack of fun dip candy will legit cost you $16-$20 to get. In Lynnwood at the bowling alley, the same card will get you 50 points and the games are 3-4 points a piece. I strongly suggest someone with business acumen hustle to Mill Creek Sports, Bowlero or Chuck E Cheese to figure out why their game room is completely empty and how this will kill their profit margin. Just ridiculous. For trampolines we will just go back to Marysville and use one of the others mentioned for games. This place isn't ready. Really disappointed. read more

The blow ups could use some major spot cleaning but for the most part the venue was clean. What a gem to have this fun center so close to home! We will be often visitors to get my rambunctious 4 year olds energy spent! We've been to many trampoline parks and what I noticed that sets this one apart from the others is options! Having a trampoline park but also having mini golf, bouncy house, arcade and many more options makes it where I could easily spend my whole day here. The little kid part wasn't open yet and they have it safely gated off till open date. I saw many little ones playing with the big kid item and adults and kids alike did a great job respecting space. After several play dates here we decided to do our daughters 6th birthday party here and booked the Super Fly Party package. It was a total hit! We had 20 kids who jumped snd 15 parents. We did an add on of the appetizer platter but with that and the food included it was the perfect spread for all of us. The kids got to jump and play for 2 hours and we were able to bring in our own cake. The party host from FS sets up the table with your party colors and a sign and when we showed up we just checked in and got a run through of the timeline and didn't have to worry about anything else. Our guests were super impressed and several had never been so this was an amazing treat for them to experience. We love flying squirrel! read more

This place is great for play dates and family time! The only reason I give it 4 stars is the lack of cleanliness specifically in the bouncy house. Trampolines and everything around it are usually pretty clean but the bouncy house lacks supervision and sanitation. Hopefully they read these reviews and fix the issue. The price on some food items also should be revised. I do really enjoy going there especially because they have a bar and a snack area along with an arcade! I also really enjoy that they play music over the speakers so you don't hear everyone's kids screaming at each other all the time and you can just have a good time and sing along. Compared to other trampoline parks in the area, this was my favorite. It's air conditioned, and large enough that there's space for all kids to space out and enjoy themselves. Although all the workers are teens, they were kind and respectful. It's set up in a way where the older kids aren't trampling over the younger kids. My only recommendation is there is no way for parents to watch/supervise/see their kids inside the huge bouncy house area, without actually going into the bouncy house. Not safe for some adults to try to navigate the bouncy floor, and not safe for parents to not be able to see their kids. read more

Here for the first time tonight, and WOW is this place a nightmare. Brought my kids and three of their friends to another friend's birthday party, and I'm glad my kids got to go once because they are never allowed back. The party flyer had the info to sign the waiver ahead of time, but didn't mention the required socks. I had to stand in THREE separate enormous lines to check in and buy two different sets of socks, which were advertised or displayed nowhere, so I had no idea how much they cost or what sizes to get. They also didn't tell us where the party was so we wandered around in chaos until I could find someone to tell me. But worse than that, this place is horrifically unsafe for children of most ages. It is IMPOSSIBLE to keep an eye on your kids, and most of the time I couldn't see any kind of "supervisor" nearby, or one who was paying any kind of attention. There is literally no way for you to see your kids in several areas (like the inflatable area), and it is all just a tragedy waiting to happen. I accidentally overstepped the ground next to the inflatable area, trying to look in for my kids, and my leg went halfway down the gap between the walkway and the inflatable. With the bajillion barely-walking kids I saw running around, it's a matter of time before one of them dies trapped in that space. The bathrooms are visible from only the entrance/exit hallway, and you can't see the party room from the main room, nor can you see the entrance or exits from anywhere as they are in a walled off vestibule. You also can't see any emergency exits. Heaven forbid people needed to evacuate. It would be insanely easy for someone to walk off with your kid, and no one would notice, and they'd be halfway to a border before you could even confirm that your kid was missing. Even ignoring how horribly dangerous trampolines and trampoline parks are (trampoline injuries have risen dramatically over the past decade, kids are even more likely to be injured at a "park" than a trampoline at home, and that the American Academy of Pediatrics AND the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons says kids under 6 should never use a trampoline), this place is inexcusably unsafe for children. Clearly, zero mothers were consulted in this business design, and this mom gives it ZERO STARS. read more

We come here every weekend and don't ever have problems the only issue I've seen everytime is the lack of arcade games that is left un-repaired or just left turned off cause there broken.The big concern is the lack of bathroom I've shown up three weekends in a row and notice there only one bathroom location for the men and inside is one stall that works and two standing stalls that is covered in trash bags and is not even getting fixed. read more

I accidentally ordered 2 wrong tickets online which was my fault but I would of thought since I didn't use them they could just refund me my money completely. I paid for a 2 year old (they are free) a full $29.00 for 120 min & a extra toddler time for $19.00. Both purchases were my mistake I talked to the manager and she gave me a gift card for $19.00. When she still owed me 29.00 went back to talk to her and she said it was my fault (super rude & arrogant) that it wasn't her fault. The best she could do was give me another $19.00 gift card. Lost $10 just was more upset now the management is, secondly bathrooms are terrible super dirty there was absolutely no toilet paper in anywhere or paper towels. The facilities are good, but I was really surprised that they are not enforcing mask rules at all. Like, not even a little. Plenty of adults and kids with no masks at all. Yes, this is a huge space, and yes I was here on a weekend day - no, that doesn't mean allow as many people as humanly possible to crowd into your establishment and then under staff it! Irresponsible at best during COVID, and not good business management any time. Employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off, not particularly friendly or customer service oriented (some exceptions, however) and I'm guessing that was due to their stress from not being properly staffed. My suggestion? Either control attendance (more intelligent move during COVID) and operate safely and properly with the crew you have, or hire more people! read more
