The play area has the crawler section for the littles that arent upright yet and I'd say 98% of the parents enforced the rule of no walkers in the baby baby section. You do have the handful of parents that jsut let their kids go wild and who also dont wesr socks themselves, but overall everyone is there for the same reasons and no one feels creepy. The coffee was pretty good, and a decent selection of pastries. They do have fries and chicken nuggets but definitely more for a kid's palette. If you're a remote working parent and have the kiddos home all day for winter break, this is a great spot to pop in so they can expend that energy while you work! The staff is friendly, the place is pretty clean, and they have some great jams playing. We will for sure be back as our little grows up!

First walk in and it seems packed for the size. All tables are taken, but wait about 10m and a table will open up. Space is divided into a small area for toddlers and a larger for big kids (adults can go into both). The staff hung out in the food areas and reception, leaving the parents to manage the play areas. Negatives I found was the cleanliness. Look at anything 6ft or higher and it is covered in thick layer of dirt and dust. Which is concerning as the blocks, walls and foam areas that are constantly being touched. One reason I chose not to purchase food. When ppl left, tables were not cleaned. Would be nice to have a disposable towel bucket (ie gym facilities) to be able to clean the tables. The place is not bad, just some negatives that concern me with this many ppl and little ones. Positive is that parents can follow their kids almost everywhere. So the larger / older kids tend to be more respectful when running around the little kids when there is an adult in the area. Everyone seemed to be having fun, I did not hear anyone complaining (tables are close, so be ready to hear others conversation and then hearing yours).

There is zero customer service. When it came time to leave instead of giving us a 30 min reminder to usher the kids out, she went in at 6pm and shouted at everyone. I think this is very unnecessary as the kids were having fun. As parents we were already trying to get the kids out of the play area to the best of our ability, but kids don't necessarily respond well to yelling. I liked the venue, but won't be coming back. We came here to have fun, and this kind of customer service has definitely left a very negative impression for us.

Will absolutely NEVER bring my family back into this facility again. We've had poor experiences…read morebefore, but this last incident was the final straw. My autistic son was removed from the facility for simply pushing an 8/9 year old child away from my 4 year old after being physically assaulted. The manager did not notify myself, or the other adults within our party that there was an issue until nearly 15 minutes later. This woman chased my autistic son in circles, berated him in front of other children, and scared the daylights out of him. So much so, that he went into hiding and neither myself nor my sister could get him to come down. It is absolutely unacceptable and against their policy to address children without notifying the adult first. It's also policy to allow a child back into the play structure accompanied by an adult after an incident, but she told us we had to LEAVE. We spent nearly $200 as a family including admission and food/beverages. Three other children came to the defense of my child, clearly stating he did not physically harm anyone--he simply protected a toddler. The staff here NEVER patrols the play area, and parents are left to intervene with violent, misbehaved children. It was noted that they did not even SEE my son in an altercation. Someone explain to me how it's okay for a child 3x my toddler's size to put hands on him, and my AUTISTIC child gets reprimanded for doing THEIR JOB? I contacted the owners of this facility, and the manager seemingly told her version of the story and not the truth. All we wanted was a refund, considering our entire party had to exit the structure and they refused. The owners of the facility also neglected to respond to my final email, which shows lack of care/class. As a business owner myself, I am absolutely disgusted by what happened. Absolute shame on the staff and owners.

It took a full 7 days from inquiry to get this information. I sent a request out May 22 for Raya, and did not get a response until May 29. I didn't feel comfortable with this time frame, and went with Seattle princess parties, who got back to me within the hour, each and every time I emailed them, and usually in less within 10minutes. So I don't have any input on how Enchanting Events handles the actual events. But 7 days is too long to for a response on a princess rental that isn't even an option.

I recieved no communication back when I sent a lengthy message and requested that I be told refund was processed. After sending a second email I finally recieved confirmation. I'm most disappointed that I had to scramble last minute literally during my child's party and leave to buy something else as a surprise. I would have much preferred to know as soon as they did that there was a chance she would not be available. Instead it added to the stress already present from putting on a party, less than two hours before we were expecting her, and less than one hour before the party started. Only knowing less than two hours in advance is not acceptable, and I highly advise Enchanting Events to review when they let people know their paid-for character (nor a back up of any kind) might not be able to attend. I understand people get sick, but this is a party business and I would expect there to be a back up option of some kind. I'm not upset with the actress, but rather with how this whole situation was handled and how it negatively affected our day, my daughter's birthday party, and my own mental health. Some people (including us) give their child a choice of what to do for their birthday, and when that one thing gets canceled, it ruins not only the pre-planned activities for the party but the experience of the child. I had no extra money nor the capability of putting something else together so last minute to replace this experience for my daughter and I can't imagine any other average-wage person could either. I'm still very upset at how this whole situation was handled.
