They did a beautiful job on the decorations, organizing everything, getting our guests checked in, offering beverages, etc . They were so kind and gracious with me when I showed up in panic-mode because I was late. This is the best place to have a party because it can accommodate kiddos of various ages. The lack of customer service makes it very difficult to move forward with booking, especially when the website doesn't clearly answer all questions. I prefer being able to speak to someone directly, and not having that option, or any response at all, is frustrating. It's unfortunate because we were genuinely excited to book here based on our previous experience, but the poor communication ultimately cost them our business.

The whole staff was friendly and helpful. They carried things up to the party room and helped set things up to our specifications. They asked how they could help without being overbearing and they also handled the pizza delivery and put it in the warmer for us up in the party room. Our friends that joined us loved all the fun activities and bubble machine. When it was time to go, they helped with take down and bringing things to the car without making us feel rushed out. The play area has the crawler section for the littles that arent upright yet and I'd say 98% of the parents enforced the rule of no walkers in the baby baby section. The coffee was pretty good, and a decent selection of pastries. They do have fries and chicken nuggets but definitely more for a kid's palette. If you're a remote working parent and have the kiddos home all day for winter break, this is a great spot to pop in so they can expend that energy while you work! There were tiny baby lemurs on display, a mama wallaby with a baby in her pouch, burros, kissing alpacas, emus you could pet... it's a pretty unique experience. I only removed one star because I felt rushed through. In the past I don't recall feeling like I was being held to a tight time limit, and that was a little disappointing. Overall, it's a cool experience, and I highly recommend it-- especially for those with children.
