COVID times) Not every kid can use a regular swing, it takes a lot of core strength to use one, so Meadow's playground has a couple of swings with full seat (see pictures, red swings ) This place is a hidden gem. There's also a covered picnic area in case it's raining or too sunny. Oh! And the best part: Plenty of parking spots!

There is no shade. It gets really hot during the summer. All in all, I like the park for its age range. I wish there was a bathroom. We've had to leave early a bunch of times because we need a bathroom.

It also has a very steep trail to go down to it. My big dog was able to kinda make it with help. Then we realized the signs that it could be slippery. We head back. I am not sure if it is aloud coming down. I can see there was some graffiti. Sad because nature is just amazing. They recently changed their battery parking to horizontal ones? I love nature paths better. For this part I just wish they could blow all leaves on yhe trail so my furry friend can avoid another nose scratch with a glass and we can see were are we walking.

There's a huge ravine which is fenced off nicely from the park so kids are very safe, but there is a trail that you can hike down to which has a tranquil creek and a 3-story bolder.

There are paved paths and clear routes to trails and the beach. We ended up walking them down to the river, which had a lovely sandy beach, which was such a surprise! There were benches and tables down there, which I am sure are very coveted in the summer season. For a nice fall day, this was the perfect spot! I would love to come back here with some takeout and enjoy a lovely meal on the river. Very dog friendly, great views, and awesome amenities (water fountain, showers, trails, easy signage, bathroom). What more could you want!
