This was our 2nd time doing an Escape Room as a family and my 6th or 7th time doing an escape room for myself and I have to say this place is my favorite! Our host/clue master was so kind and gracious and made the experience so much fun. My daughter was so happy that we solved the room! We are planning on coming back to do another one.

We got there, checked in and then the gal just walked us into a room, didn't really say much. Since none of us (party of 7) had been to an escape room before we didn't really know what to expect. I felt as though we were just dropped off and expected to figure it all out, which I mean, I get it. That's the whole idea but for people that haven't done these before it would've been nice to have a little more explanation in the beginning. considering I paid almost $400 for an hour event, I guess I just would've hoped it would've been a little bit more of a memorable experience. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a low-stress, fun birthday party venue where kids can run around. I do wish their party packages had extended hours. 2 hours didn't seem like enough.

I appreciate that the play structure is designed tall enough for parents to navigate as needed too, even on upper levels. There was also plenty of space for parents to hang out and watch. The party room was totally serviceable (we booked a 12-kid package with 7 kids and 12 adults, which meant some of the adults were standing (12 chairs), but it worked fine and it didn't feel crowded). I am glad we booked a larger party size than needed so some adults could sit! You are allowed in 30 minutes before your start time to decorate - and they leave blue painter's tape for you. I pre-staged one wall mural, two tablecloths, a banner, and some hanging decorations in a tub and that transformed the plain space quickly and perfectly for a kid's party. Food was better than I expected for a play zone cafeteria - pizza was included in the package, and we added a half-tray of chicken tenders (very popular), which came with fries, and a half-tray of fruit (which the kids loved and was fresh). Lemonade was tasty too. Had a whole pizza left over! The only outside food you can bring is a "celebratory dessert" - easy!! Our party host on the day of the party was sweet, accommodating, and low-key while also checking in the perfect amount. All other staff onsite were also welcoming and helpful. I can see how two hours could be tight for some folks, but they're very upfront about the expectations, and it was no big deal - I just kept an eye on the clock and moved things along. Booking was a little confusing on the website (a larger room size was incorrectly showing for the smaller party package), but their party coordinator got me fixed after I screwed up my reservation initially. Overall, this was a great party experience, and we'd do it again. Low-key, so much just handled for you... Thanks, Kaity and Ridge Staff!

It was such a blast-everything in the room is a prop and we even got to do lots of interactive magic with the wand. We did get stuck a few times, but our guide Elina was able to give us hints when we asked the sorting hat nicely. Next we went onto Wizards Chest, which was more difficult but really fun. A good mix of brain teasers and physical games/puzzles. Both rooms are decorated so beautifully and we felt like we were a part of the Harry Potter magic. Elina was so great! She gave us just the right amount of help and set us up for success in both rooms before leaving us to figure it out. We also had a great time doing debriefs with her and she took lovely photos of us. This is the perfect rainy day activity to spice up a date!

We did a birthday party here for a bunch of teenagers and it was a pretty fun experience. We got…read morethe regular tickets and stood in line for about 30 minutes. However, while waiting in line, the actors in costumes kept coming to scare and entertain us and some of them even sang a happy birthday song to our guest of honor. They were engaging and we appreciated their efforts. They forbade us from taking any photos inside the haunted house so my only photo is of the main entrance. The displays were well done and the actors were highly engaged in their roles, giving us pretty good scares. We enjoyed ourselves mostly running away from the actors/monsters/psychopaths and the props were used appropriately in my limited experience as a haunted-house goer. Once out of the maze of haunted houses, we also tried axe throwing, which was also pretty fun. There was a bar and food vendors as well. It felt like we were at a carnival festival. All in all, good time was had by all.
