Lunch special was under $5 and came with a free drink. You order at the counter and wait for your order to be called. Very no frills; restaurant looks like a former Taco Bell. spent $25 on SMALL brocoli beef & Small Sweet sour Chix w/pork fried rice. Pork fried rice smelled and tasted of grease, the brocoli beef was awful!! Every piece of meat that was in the plate had soo much fat and grisle I had to toss it in garbage. When I called to discuss that it had to much fat to eat they offered 10% off WHAT?? LUCKY FOR THEM we used cash to pay otherwise I would call my bank and dispute the charge! I wanted the dish replaced or my money back! NEVER AGAIN will I give away my hard earned $ to these thieves. I placed an order for delivery and delivery was stated to be 45 minutes. Delivery was 1 and 1/2 hours later than what was stated. When the restaurant was called the first time the woman that I spoke to said it would be one minute and hung up on me. The second time the restaurant was called the gentleman I talked to stated it would be it would be a couple of minutes twice. These calls were made after one hours time. Then the delivery driver called and told me that he would be here in about four minutes, which he was here in about the time he said. This made delivery time almost two hours. I would think that if it was going to take two hours then a person would be told that it would take about two hours when you first place the call. When our food got here, it was cool. read more

This shit hole needs to be replaced with a Rally's! Not only are they rude as fuck but the damn delivery driver actually begged for a tip! Not to mention they can't read plain English. On my wife's order of chicken and broccoli I asked them to remove the stems off of the broccoli and they couldn't even do that. They sent us a bowel of uncooked chicken along with a bowel of sauce for it. No broccoli what so ever. When I called them about this they said I had to pay extra for the cut stems. I typically go through the drive thru, and their menu needs updated really bad. But anyway, they're so slow and you can't ever hear or understand what they're saying, so I end up pulling up to the window and reviewing my order with them. They're really really slow, which I mean- if it's fresh I don't mind. The Orange chicken is so strange, so I go for the Honey chicken and white rice. Food is good, service is crappy. My review cant be about the food, but instead the experience I had at lunch today. I work at the base and went to this place on a friends recommendation. I went through the drive through right at 11:45, and ordered Hot and Sour Soup, a young guy took my money and then I waited... I saw people coming out of the restaurant with bags of food.. I still waited. There was a car behind me that also had to wait. Finally at noon after 15 min. I knocked on the window of the drive through and then had to knock again, the same young man came over and I asked him for my money back. I told him I had been waiting for 15 min and which he then yelled and said "No you have only been waiting 5 min"... I said it shouldnt take that long to get soup, and he said they ran out and were making it then. I told him that it didnt matter I wanted my money back, he said "no we make your soup and then you take it and never come back". This guy was yelling at me, he started to yell more and I said "Just give me my money and I wont be back"... which he finally gave me my money. TRUST ME, I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I dont know if I caught him on a really bad day, but I wont be talked to like that in a restaurant. I never raised my voice once even after his yelling.... I will also tell all of my coworkers about the experience. If this guy is just a worker and not an owner, I suggest you fire him before he loses more customers permanently. I would think that after 444 closed the route they are on, they would be much more customer friendly to try to retain customers.... read more

I really like Flying Dragon. On average, I eat here once a week. In 3 years and many, many stops, they've only gotten my order wrong twice: once I ordered an egg roll that they forgot to include, and once I got sweet and sour chicken and they forgot the sweet and sour sauce. But hey--twice out of 100 times or so isn't bad. Good food, good price, good portion. The inside looks kind of seedy, but they have a drive-thru, which is very convenient. read more

I used to order from Flying Dragon every few months for Chinese, and I never really had a bad experience. The workers were usually super nice and the food was good, but not great. I usually never leave reviews, especially bad ones, but the last time I went to Flying Dragon will be the LAST time I go. My boyfriend and I went and dined in one afternoon and we both ordered General Tso's chicken and shared an order of crab rangoon. After eating some of our meal and 2 of the 8 crab rangoon, I found a black hair on one of them and my boyfriend took the food back up to the counter and asked for a refund only on the crab rangoon because there was a hair in it. The young man at the counter said "no, we don't play that game." What game? I didn't see anyone wearing a hat or a hairnet while making my food, so obviously you're playing "that game". I demanded a refund and never went back. It's a shame because I did enjoy their customer service, but not after that terrible experience. read more

I ordered take-out at lunch time(after standing at the counter for almost 5 minutes .. that should have been my sign). A small vegetable LoMein add carrots (which they charged me $1 for) Vegetables found in the LM were 3 pieces of broccoli, abt 1 teaspoon cabbage, NO snow peas and that $1 charge got me 3 strips of carrot! When I arrived home 10 minutes later, it came out of the container in one lump, plop onto my plate. LM was thick and gooey and tasted as if it had been dusted with flour. DISGUSTING FOOD!!! This was my second attempt with this place and will definitely be my last. read more

I don't even want to give this place any stars. I was craving Chinese food the past 2 days and found this place delivered... Unfortunately, it was absolutely the worst customer service I ever had. I never even got to try the food because when I ordered (online), I noticed that they didn't take my card payment, so I called to give them my card number. When I talked to "the owner" they charged my card and said it would be 55 minutes for a delivery, ok fair warning. One hour and 5 minutes later I didn't get a call back from the driver like I was told I would so I called again and they told me they just put my order in at that time and it would be just a little longer, ok. Two hours and 15 minutes later, still no food so I called back and "the owner" starts yelling at me about only having one driver and I can't call every 5 minutes (despite this being only the third time I called, second time asking where my order was) I told them to cancel the order and give my money back because this experience was awful and uncalled for.
