They were able to guide and help me manage my pain, stress and sleep schedule. It's truly been a transformation both mentally and physically. For any beginners, you're able to have a free intro class to understand 1) how to best use the reformer, and 2) understand general modifications you can make when starting out (e.g., if you need a waffle mat to help stabilize your core while on the reformer). Some of my favorite classes include the hybrid classes or the Barre class. At times, I feel that the mat Pilates works my core even more than the reformer, making the stretch reformer Pilates classes great on my "off" days.
