It's a small room so be sure to sign up for the classes online or using their app! We had maybe 10 people and I felt crowded. I was told they'll accept maybe 20-25 people though I don't know where they'll go to fit comfortably! I found this place from a friend and because I got a groupon deal with her. Started off in a beginners class by Dawna. She was great! Super attentive, explained everything in detail and made you feel welcomed. I learned so much even though this wasn't my first time! She corrected my basic poses and it will help me for future classes! I'll definitely be here again and step up my game! They have a ton of different levels offered and convenient times! I can't wait to meet other instructors or even stick to the same! If she teaches a higher level.

This studio had been my home for many years, until I became an instructor myself. They then welcomed me back as a teacher, which was an incredible honor- to teach at the very same studio where I began to fall in love with the practice of yoga. I highly recommend this studio. While I no longer teach here due to distance, I love all the other instructors and the classes they offer! The entire staff is cognizant of and involved in social justice, diversity, and inclusivity and are passionate about connecting with each student to create a welcoming environment. Love this place!

I started with only once a week and noticed a difference from just that! It turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. The classes and instructors are amazing. They were able to guide and help me manage my pain, stress and sleep schedule. It's truly been a transformation both mentally and physically. I never regret spending an hour in a class here because I always feel better after. If you are looking for the western ideas of "yoga" and running through a bunch of poses, this is not the place. The classes focus more on meditation and linking the mind and body.

The "trial" session was a bit odd but I chalked it up to being based in Eastern medicine and told myself to keep an open mind. Came back for one class- which did not contain any yoga at all, and instead a lot of jumping and poking of the bellybutton with a stick. Something didn't sit right with me, and this was enforced by getting a bizarre email the next day from the manager, Anita, saying that she received word from corporate she was to report immediately to a different branch in Colorado on Monday morning. (The email was sent on a Friday). What kind of organization gives their employees 72 hours to relocate?? Turns out- a cult. Be warned, ladies.
